DeeCee Posted November 9, 2018 Posted November 9, 2018 (edited) I have built a couple of these, and this one was left-overs, after the engines had been robbed for some other projects. I grafted on a Cadillac Escalade front end, made a whole interior, including Cadillac dash, and many seats. Also scratch built a 4-link rear end, and adapted a chevy front suspension too. ENGINE is a Big Ears Resin . .. 610 Hemi, with custom intake and a pair od turbo's running through an intercooler. Paint is Dupli-color MARTINI GREY, with TANGO ORANGE striping. Lots more mods to make this work but it was worth it. Edited November 9, 2018 by DeeCee 1
Dragonhawk1066 Posted November 9, 2018 Posted November 9, 2018 That's awesome!! Beautiful paint job. The Escalade front end looks like it belongs there. Bravo!!
vintageford Posted November 9, 2018 Posted November 9, 2018 HEY, i wouldn't mind going to school in that...NICE
Dennis Lacy Posted November 9, 2018 Posted November 9, 2018 Killer! This should be the next be thing in Rap videos with the constant struggle for those guys to out-Escalade each other, LOL!
Tom Geiger Posted November 9, 2018 Posted November 9, 2018 that is cool! I like to see completely different treatments to old kits! Great concept and follow through!

DumpyDan Posted November 10, 2018 Posted November 10, 2018 It's about time someone did something off the wall with this kit. Love it great work and it blends really well. I made a short bus drag bus with this kit back in the 90's
TooOld Posted November 10, 2018 Posted November 10, 2018 Excellent , the Escalade front looks like it was made for it !
Dann Tier Posted November 10, 2018 Posted November 10, 2018 That actually flows together pretty well!!...NICE job!!!!
donb Posted November 10, 2018 Posted November 10, 2018 That is very cool. Extraordinarily well done DC!
mchook Posted November 10, 2018 Posted November 10, 2018 Very Cool!!! I did one like this back in the early 90s. I used a Monogram F350 duallie nose, chassis & scratch built the interior. Nothing as detailed & cool as this though. AWESOME WORK!!!
olschoolkid Posted November 10, 2018 Posted November 10, 2018 Sweet bus. I think it would make a nice party bus.
DeeCee Posted November 10, 2018 Author Posted November 10, 2018 Thanks very much guys, it is a pretty boring kit the second time one builds it, and needed something done to it. THANKS
