RandyB. Posted November 23, 2018 Posted November 23, 2018 Just finished up the Moebius 1961 Pontiac Ventura. Doesn't assemble as nice as the Moebius 1955 Chrysler C-300 and 1956 Chrysler 300B. A lot of sanding to make some of the parts fit correctly. Once you overcome those issues it builds into a nice representation of a '61 Ventura. 2
'70 Grande Posted November 23, 2018 Posted November 23, 2018 WOW! That is one outstandingly beautiful build! Incredibly clean; great paint color choices; the finest build I have yet to see of this particular kit.
berr13 Posted November 23, 2018 Posted November 23, 2018 VERY nice! Great color, and your attention to detail is outstanding!
moparfarmer Posted November 23, 2018 Posted November 23, 2018 Randy Bodkin does some very clean and well done models..He's like a factory though..Puts one out about weekly..All very well done and clean,clean,clean..
MrObsessive Posted November 23, 2018 Posted November 23, 2018 Randy, that is one super nice Poncho! Very period correct color and it's one of my favorites for that car. It 'sits' just right and despite it being a bit too fiddly, it came out great!
Classicgas Posted November 23, 2018 Posted November 23, 2018 A beautiful model, but one thing stands out like a sore thumb, daddy long legs plug wires. They just do not come out of the distributor like that.
espo Posted November 23, 2018 Posted November 23, 2018 Beautiful looking Pontiac. I like the correct wide whites and the color is era correct also. While the kit offers some challenges it also gives you a chance to use your modeling skills, and it would seem you overcame any challenges this kit offered.
