This is one of my favourite American motor cars, Steve........ Your build is really nice, and those are such vibrant paint colours. Seeing this build of yours makes me want to build a 1953 Hudson Hornet, but I wonder if the Moebius kit is still available, especially here in England?

Beautiful looking build. Very clean foil work, and now you will have to buy another sheet. I also like that you got the tutone correct on the window area as most seem to get it wrong.

Nicely done on the BMF.  I built one of the Hornets a couple of years ago and know what a job it is to do the chrome work.  You do good work.

Beautiful! Impressive work with the foil. I've yet to achieve good results but ain't giving up.

I used a brand new sheet of foil, and only brand new blades to cut and trim it with. I don't think I would have been able to do the chrome on this one without using a brand new sheet.

I still see plenty of listings for all of the Hudson kits (the '53, the 54 Club Coupe, and the '54 Special) on ebay. That might be the best place for you to get one.

Thanks Steve, and I have seen several Hudson kits on Ebay, including the convertible version also. The Moebius kits are all from Germany it appears.
