Yeah, that's a fun little bug in the sand with that Nailhead.  High HP and miles of beach.  Nice job.

Thank you Bob, glad you like it. Does-that make us beach-bum types? If so, be it!

What a cool little bug! Great choices on the power plant and frame! Interior and details are fantastic! I really like the colors of the body, chassis, and interior. They all go together very well! Nice job.

Great selection of parts, and the fab work to blend them all together is outstanding! Awesome work Claude!?

Hi Cliff!

On the cool front, i find it's hard to go wrong when you start with a classic Bug. Thanks for the comments!

Hi Dave!

Thanks for the comments. I always spend way too much time choosing colors and textures. It slows me, ultimately!

Hi Greg!

Thank you.

When too many leftover parts lay around, I can't help it but try something. I must have been a cook in a previous life?

Hi Claude, having only been on the forum for a year and a half, I love it when these get bumped. Yet another beautiful mashup. You sir, are the king of mashups, always well thought out, and beautifully executed.

Cheers, Steve

I love this one, such a complete model with every part so well done and cohesive to the theme. You are the man.

Hi Ian!

Thank you for the compliment. I'll try to live up to it on my next projects!

I haven't believed Claude for a long time, I'm sure you just put a couple of handfuls of pieces in a box, shake it all up and the subject appears by itself!  It's impossible to always hit the bull's eye!   The master of the mashup hits another home run... I'm going to go sulk in my corner but before I leave I must say bravo again my friend!  ?
