Hello, everyone. This AMT Impala is a bit of a worse quality, but it's a very popular kit for me and above all the car itself. I was inspired loosely by the video "GASSERS Smoke up! - Ford vs Chevy ". I used a differential with a rear axle on the chassis, as well as a front axle with a steering draw from 34 `Caddilac Fleetwood. : -) Rest of what the house gave. Finished rear stabilisers. Decals from AMT. Photos in the shade.

Incredible weathering techniques and the photography is to die for! The extra detail you have created all over this car has let you produce beautiful closeup photos without destroying the illusion of reality.  Congratulations on a beautiful model!

Cheers

I'm not a fan of '58 Chevies, but I gotta say, this is about the coolest one I've ever seen, so, well done and model on! B)

Yup, everything he said! Especially the shade photos. Nicely done.

Most excellent build of my favorite class of dragsters - the Gasser.  Very convincing weathering and as the others said your photography skills are superb.  That car looks like a lot from the mid 60's, two or three friends would drag a body out of a junkyard, throw some blood, sweat, and tears into it and go racing, having fun.

Absolutely spectacular! It's like a Barn-find Rat-Gasser.

The weathering is very convincing, I can almost smell the dirt, oil and rusty metal.

Your photography is superb as well.

That beast looks like it could eat you alive. Very cool looking gasser and the weathering is outstanding. I would for sure take this one to my shelf.
