It's done. It fought me a little towards the end, so there are a few things I'm not completely satisfied with, but that's model building (and life) most of the time, right?

The overall lines of this could have come from one of the great Italian styling houses of the late fifties / early sixties. The wheels and some of the chrome embellishments give it a transatlantic flavour. It's fabulous!

I followed your build on this and I know how much grief it gave you, but in the end it was worth it. The color you wound up with looks great as does the body.

Very beautiful 'Thunderchero'.  The color you chose really adds to the luxury of this build.  Also like the proportions of the top with the rest of the body; too many of these conversions just don't look right.  Howeve,r this one looks very well done.

Great job on that conversion Steve. Back in the 60's I had a few of those "Bullet Birds" but none came out lookin' as good as yours. I like your color choice as well.
