40 ford pick up fiat drag team

Trying to finish off old started projects, Here’s a model I’ve been wanting to finish for a long time, A monogram 40 ford pick up built pretty much box stock ,  adding monogram lil coffin wheels and tires, made a bed cover and added canted head lights only, after doing A little body work and flairing all four wheel wells and painting And pearl black with some flames i loss interest and I put the truck back in it’s box and it sat for 2 years , couple of weeks ago I pulled it back out to finished it , thinking it needed something else to go with the truck I built the fiat drag car built pretty much box stock except front tires, painted black to match truck I feel it makes a cool little drag team , I posted plenty pics , maybe too many!! Lol , thanks for looking!!!

Love the canted headlights, love the flames, love the flares, but the stroke of pure genius is the yellow on the bed, the trailer wheels and the Fiat frame - that, sir, is pure artistic talent. Glad you got it finished after its long snooze.

Thanks Alan , yeah at first the the interior was black and red but after painting the pearl white flames and fogging them in candy yellow the red just didn’t look right, so I changed everything to yellow, I also felt it gave it more of a vintage look , thanks!
