Mopar - D Posted November 3, 2021 Posted November 3, 2021 (edited) This is a 7 car hauler using the AMT Autocar A64B truck and the Revell Auto-transporter trailer. There’s was scratch building for the car racks on the truck and modifications for the trailer. I used a low hitch position for the trailer and added 50 scale inches to the truck frame. I’m starting on a 1970 Chrysler 300 to replace the top down Challenger. More details on the building of this in the WIP section. Your comments are always welcome and appreciated. I will get some outside pictures when our sun comes out here. Edited November 5, 2021 by Mopar - D
DRIPTROIT 71 Posted November 4, 2021 Posted November 4, 2021 Excellent work on this build! Top notch scratch building! The Ryder decals knocked this one out of the park! It really looks the part!!
slusher Posted November 4, 2021 Posted November 4, 2021 Beautiful semi and trailer! Fantastic Load of Mopars!
happy grumpy Posted November 4, 2021 Posted November 4, 2021 Wow, that's a lot to look at. Being a big Mopar fan, this is real eye candy. you just nailed it. Looking forward to see the outside pictures. Natural light is unbeatable when it comes to model photography. Excellent craftmanship.
leafsprings Posted November 5, 2021 Posted November 5, 2021 Fantastic job! The engineering on this one looks like it was done by official blueprints. Really like the fleet truck look of the Autocar, very little chrome.
Bronzekeg Posted November 5, 2021 Posted November 5, 2021 turned out great Dan! I'll take the super bee when you get to the car lot.

kilrathy10 Posted November 5, 2021 Posted November 5, 2021 (edited) All the time and effort has paid off, big time... This looks great... It's actually a build years in the making... All those cars along with the truck took some time to do... That makes the build all the more impressive... Those ain't "Snappers" up on those racks!!! ? Edited November 5, 2021 by kilrathy10
gotnitro? Posted November 7, 2021 Posted November 7, 2021 Fantastic build ! All the scratchbuilding details really bring this to life .
Mopar - D Posted November 20, 2021 Author Posted November 20, 2021 I’ve finished my 1970 Chrysler 300 and changed it out with the convertible Challenger.
Bronzekeg Posted November 20, 2021 Posted November 20, 2021 a lot of time and effort went in to this worthwhile build. the whole load is great.
OldTrucker Posted November 21, 2021 Posted November 21, 2021 Has a WOW factor of 110! I would call that putting ones heart and soul into a build!

Sam I Am Posted November 26, 2021 Posted November 26, 2021 I absolutely love your car haulers! Vast inspiration in your wips, and stunning results.
trick my mixer Posted November 26, 2021 Posted November 26, 2021 looks great all the way around. Fantastic job.
vincen47 Posted November 29, 2021 Posted November 29, 2021 Really nice. It looks the part, for sure. You don’t see the stinger set-up modeled often (because of the modification and scratch-building required), but it’s so common on the road. Definitely nice to see, and makes for a great display.
