Big John
kind of both mock up and orphaned project. Started this back in the late 1990s from the old Rod & Custom 'Paper Wasp' how-to article from around 1962. So much is incorrect that I am not sure if it will be resurrected. I was inspired by this car I s saw at the goodguys heartland nationals. Still haven't actually started on it though (you know how it goes).

James2
Something I’ve been working on along side the PS 55. Texas 3D engine with Alclad and misc brush paints. I’m actually leaning toward purple for the body color.

Tom Geiger
I started this for the 24 Hour build In January, but engaged in overcomplicatous and it hasn’t been completed yet. I decided to go the six cylinder route and got hung up on fit and details to make it all fit. I also chose the wrong paint. I thought I had Tamiya yellow but found I had a near empty can. So I found another brand that never dried during the 24 hours. It is dry now and plenty shiny!

TarheelRick
This is an ambitious project I started a few months back. It has been on the back burner because my basement is a bit cold to work in. This is the inspiration for the build: And this is where I am: Using AMT 53 Ford cabs, Lindberg F-150 chassis, bed, and engine. Wheels are Aoshima and the tires are from a company in Ukraine. Having trouble getting the bow out of the roof. I have tried adding sheet plastic in layers, but it still sinks in the middle. I think I may cut it out just above the window openings and try adding the roof from an UltraNomad kit (if I can find the roof).
