Interesting, did not realize how different the flares are on the LB Ken Mary Works No. 6, you should build that one mate.

That Gazelle is a good example of Bosozuku.  Crazy looking thing.

I probably should try and build one. The main reason that one stalled was because I planned to paint it just like the 1:1. I do have 4-5 of these kits so maybe when the weather improves I’ll knock one out. 

 

Bosozuko gang inspired Gazelle. Once I’m more comfortable with the airbrush I’ll get them back on the bench!

Made custom ZR1 wheels from the AMT ZR1 wheels that does not capture the real ones at all. Looks ok but they won’t be used on this one.

Want to do 50's telephone truck so I mocked up two different work boxes. One has the length of the Revell 56 ford pick-up body and the other the top of the work box is the length of the pick-up body. Just put it in the back of a 60 Chevy pick-up to compare. What is your choice. short or long? Input appreciated.

Mocked up one of my favourites that really have gotten stuck. Since i don’t  want to make it to a nascar the route for the build have been hard to set.

I think I will go with 2gen Camaro interior with a rear seat delete from amt 67 Chevelle. Some bucket/racing seats, a NA big block and manual transmission.

Love the 86. How well does the rocket bunny body parts fit? I have the BRZ, but was thinking about picking up the bunny as well.

The Rocket Bunny over fenders fit perfect ? Just need to be careful when trimming the front guard behind the front wheel. I don’t have a pic of the BRZ with RB fenders but the front bumper is different where the over fender locates.

Had to mock the Revell ‘34 3 Window snapper with the finned drums I made to cover the axle posts of the Pegasus wheels I’m using on it.

blown 392 hemi out of a 1320 diecast, a pair of revell willys rear slicks and wheels, an uncut 32 3 window and a pair of Drag City Casting halibrand front wheels on AMT Firestones. throw in some parts box "ladder bars" and its shaping up to become a pretty wicked nose up axle car... 

 

the chopped 3 window is a Drag City Casting body, the rest is Revell 3 window with Revell thunderbolt rear wheels and slicks. the front are my mock up slingster wheels and tires. 

 

It always amazes me how 2 cars from the same era with similar parts can have 2 different looks

Just a 4 door Toyota/Lexus in primer. Pretty sure the Stance is OOB as well as using the kit wheels.
