Electromagnetic Molecular Antifreeze Snow Removal Instrument SO I stick this thing on my dash, all solar, no batteries or cords, and it will detect snow and cold temps and will melt all of the snow and ice off my vehicle and warm thing sup inside. Apparently it will start activating water molecules enough to melt them completely, but will not affect the water in living things.
