Just finished this one tonight. Since I (unknowingly) started with a bagged rebuilder of a 65 body and the rest of the parts being a 66- and no instructions, none of the custom parts fit and had to be modified.

I wanted to build what would look like a factory custom show car. I think I succeeded. My favorite part is the interior with a floating dash and a steering arm instead of a standard column.

Paint is Rustoleum White primer for the roof and Satin French Blue for the body with Testors White Lightning over everything. Enjoy!

Man that is a good looking Buick.  Love the two tone.  I really like how you did the interior.  Nice job.

The body mods really look great, and they follow the flow of the body shape. The interior features do look futuristic. I like the way the wheels look.

Stunning work, Tom. I think you nailed the look you were going for. I’d love to see more of that interior.

Thank you. Thanks to.all of you.

Here it is before I put it in the body.

Great looking build inside and out and that is a very pretty color combination.

I've heard of Testors White Lightning but I've never used it and was just wondering how did it impact the French Blue?

It softens the color a bit and gives it a pearl effect. It is basically a light white pearl. Here are pics of before the WL20220817_231224.thumb.jpg.951d91f077c215e6ba56d114721f1034.jpg

and after.
