roadhawg
Beautiful build of my favorite year Corvette! It's hard to beat the color too, white and tan just looks right. The next time someone says MPC kits are junk, show them this!

XYHARRY
Beautiful vette Curtis. Your detail work is very crisp. I've seen a few of these 3rd generation vette builds lately and will definitely be buying one asap. Again, gorgeous vette. Cheers, David. 😎👍
70 Sting
Yeah Curtis… mock-ups have let me down more than once. 😔 That is a sweet looking Vette. Great job on the badging/script. Did you dry brush them?

Actually i applied BMF on the body scripts then primer, then a Q tip dipped in thinner, then lightly go over the scripts to remove the primer, then color coats and repeat with a Q tip dipped in thinner. Then i clearcoated over the whole body, hope this makes sense.

Ahh, I see. So as long as you trim the foil close enough to the scripts, the cut edges won’t show or will blend into the body. Very cool. Thanks for sharing 👍
