Hey Everyone,

My first completion of the new year. Started this one back in early December, but was held up due to the damaged Duvall windshield frames that both examples in my stash had (that'll learn me to check ALL the box contents before starting a kit... ??).

After my last couple of builds I wanted to do something strictly OOB, nothing extra, nothing modified, not even plug wires! The kit itself is really well made, everything fit as it should, and it looks good sitting on my shelf. Mission accomplished!

Paint is Tamiya TS-15 blue for the body, topped by TS-13 clear and polished. Interior is TS-49, with a matte clear.

Cheers

Beautiful looking Roadster. Nice clean assembly and paint work even an OOB build can look show worthy.

That turned out REALLY nice Mathias!? What is this strictly OOB system you speak of??

I know, right?!? Heard about it for years myself, thought I should give it a try ?

That is one fine Deuce!

I'm surprised we don't see more of these built on here.
