A little bit out  of my comfort zone here but I enjoyed building it. This the Revell/Fujimi kit (Fujimi box). A rather easy build but not being a racing buff, I had to stick to the instructions and hope it would turned ok. Probably not an exact match to the color but close enough for my shelve. I have another more modern Le Mans car in the stash that I plan to build eventually. I really like the lines of this car, They're wide, sleek and wild.

Thanks for looking.

It's a gorgeous build Mario. I did the 71 winner but the 70 winner in red looks much better. The ultimate Porsche that would have dominated for years if rules changes had not stopped it's carreer short. Awesome build as your's always are.

I just started this model. You did great and glad to hear you enjoyed it as it has a lot of parts so I'm hoping to enjoy it too.

Well done, Mario - it captures the spirit well, and the paint looks close enough for me.

Thanks Helmut, The box art looked like it is more red but the processing of box printing varies a lot so I went with Tamiya orange which looks like a close match.

Merci Pierre. Sometimes things are too good for their own good, unfortunately. I wanted to build the gulf livery but I messed up ordering so I ended up with this one but I like it just as much.

Great looking Porsche, Mario.  Really well done.  I have this one on the bench right now.

Thanks James, looking forward to see yours.

Thanks Tony. It's a typical fujimi kit so no surprises although like any other manufacturer, they had some lemons I suppose, defenitly not this one though.

Mario...those decals were the hardest part of that kit and you nailed it.  Great job...looks good to me.

Thanks Rich. The decals are separate so it's easier to put them in separate pieces. they conform well with any setting solution.

Looks great!  I've debated pulling the trigger on one of these, is it curbside?

Thanks Bruce. It is curbside but all the visible parts are there. the head covers and fan on the top and the rear of the engine. If you want to expose the engine, there will be some serious scratch building to do or maybe some 3d prints from a third party. Beautiful kit nonetheless.
