s.p.e.c.t.r.e.
It's good to hear the Supervan/Love Machine is being discussed, as it would be welcomed back, as would the IMC Bugs Buggy, that only had one release in 69.( molds gone?) and still hoping for a Barris Bed Buggy, that R2 almost released 5 or 6 years ago, as that has become unaffordabletainom

You'd have to do a printing of the hood decals all by themselves included as a separate sheet from the rest of the decals. There's no technical way to "spray" a decal sheet with two different types of clear coat when its screen printed like you're suggesting. Chuck Most
There is only one real gripe I have with Round 2 kits with n general, and since Mr. Goldman is on the line, I'll just say it here. 😁 The decals. Not everyone is going to apply them to a white or light colored paint job. Could you please, pretty please, let someone in a position to address this know the graphics need a solid backer of some sort? Round 2 decal graphics have been great for a while, in terms of looks and application, but the beautiful artwork doesn't mean much if all or part of the design disappears over a dark coat of paint. Anyway ... I'm off to buy enough '60 and '63 F100 kits to almost amortize the tooling costs. 😂 2

But for some unknown reason some recent production decal sheets came through missing sections of the white underlayment. To the best of my knowledge the decal sheets with those issues have been caught and we have corrected replacement decals available for those instances. It best to contact customer service with the details of which kit or kits you ran into this issue, and we'll send out a replacement assuming it's not a new issue. -Steve 2
Chuck Most
Thanks Steve! I was looking into replacements for a couple (I was able to work around the problem on a couple projects) but was worried about the replacement having the same problem. Good to know you're in top of it. I'll file this info away for future use if needed.

stavanzer
Still no news on the Other '32 Fords. I have 2 of the Vicky, but I still want some of the others. I keep hoping to see the Coupe or Roadster get the "Kat's Treatment" (New and better Tires, New and Better Decals, and clean, fresh plastic) Well, you have said in the past that the '32's are on the list, so they have not been forgotten. I just prefer the AMT '32s to the ex-MPC kits. I was just hoping there would be a surprise at yesterday's NNL East. Thanks, Steve.

The surprises were the Hellcat Charger and the '72 Chevellle reissue. Everything else on the table were things that were already announced in Detroit last month or other long known projects. I think the Hellcat was a forgone conclusion once the police car was announced, I know I wasn't surprised by it's announcement. The Chevelle will be interesting to see how they produce it. There are some issues with the body proportions so hopefully they get addressed before production. Will be looking forward to it, I had bought some conversion pieces from Canuck 3D to make one, maybe now I don't have to!
Rob Hall
It’s funny, I picked up an unbuilt ‘72 SSlasher at a show last year. Molded in black.

That's the same version I had, back in the 80's. I'll be wanting another one, just to see if I can do a better job building it, than I did the first time. James, Thank you for the clear answer to my question. I'll wait for another year or so to worry about the '32's.

charlie8575
Interesting with the headlights. Looks like it needs BP meds. I wonder if that can be corrected somehow? Nice build. Charlie Larkin

There're no new announcements pending right now, probably in the fall. I'm currently testing out some other long forgotten tooling. There's a chance I'll be at Good-Guys Columbus in July. if so, I'll try my best to have something new to show. -Steve 3

ChrisBcritter
SteveG, If the Skylark does eventually get cloned, may I suggest working on finessing the fit of the front and rear bumpers, and in memory of Snake, straightening the bulge on top of the driver's door? Once he pointed it out, couldn't unsee it... And a real pipe dream: a limited run of that '52 Pontiac promo body in styrene? Maybe under a revived Blueprinter brand? Want one SO bad! I can't help but wonder if the MPC Econoline kits - 1/25th and 1/20th scale - are in the inventory. Personally, I'd like to see the 1/20 scale E-150 get the stock parts again ; the 1/25th could be run "as-is" I'm sure... hasn't been available since 1981.
