Fast X '66 Fairlane

I built this from the AMT kit. The wheels, tires and brakes are 3D printed. The hood is resin. I got the front seats, NOS tank, steering wheel and spoiler from my parts box.

I had trouble getting the body to sit down over the chassis. I had to trim 2mm out of the firewall, inner fenders and core support. I watched some build videos and read some reviews. It seems like I'm the only one who had that problem.

Great looking Fairlane. I just built this and I don’t recall right off any fit issue but my memory isn’t all that great.

nice work on dante's car from the climax where he has dom's son and the kid has to leap out of the this car and into dom's 70 charger only to then drive down the side of a exploding dam just for the movie to cut it there without any resolution since they made fast x part 1 and fast 11 will be part 2  which will be out in 2025 and will pick up right were this film left off  just likw a tv season cliffhanger would

Beautiful looking paint color and finish. The "Thunder Bolt" style hood just looks right on a hot Ford. Any pictures of the engine and interior?

Nice looking 66 Fairlane.  I like the color with the murdered out wheels.  Yup, that's me.  If something can go wrong with a kit, I can make it happen.
