Claude Thibodeau Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Hi! Had many leftovers from kits that had been kitbashed in previous projects, and then I found two gluebomb 34 Duesenberg in a Ziplock at a recent show for 5$. So... Smoothed the body and hood top, shortened the grille and scratchbuilt: hood sides. reveal moldings, hood hinge, gas tank, R&P steering, belly pan, rear engine compartment mesh panels, air intake tube, door panels, console, pedals, shifter, seat belts, door speakers, taillamp, etc. Engine and IRS are from the BMW Nazca concept car, rear seat from a late Mustang, and windshield from a 37 Ford (all extensively modified). Tamya bright orange + Neon orange lacquers + Lazy modeler flame mask for black flames. Mr Hobby Premium Top Coat clear, fully polished. Rolling stock is modified (narrowed in the front) diecast stuff, hoses & wires, and all chrome is Revell's, with a few Molotow accents. You can't build 'em long and low 'enuff! Hours of fun with styrene. CT. 2
