Bernard Kron Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 (edited) Time to update this thread with yet another Deuce from my bench, this one completed at the end of the year. Chopped & Channeled '32 Ford 3-Window - My "Little Deuce Coupe" Edited July 25, 2017 by Bernard Kron
Roadrunner Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 OK, I just finished going through all 13 pages of this thread, and have gleaned some wonderful ideas from what I've seen. I’ve also seen some things I absolutely want to avoid (just personal taste), and look very much forward to working on some models from this era.
mrknowetall Posted July 6, 2015 Posted July 6, 2015 My '32 Victoria. I'll find better images of the entire car later.
Brianl Posted July 7, 2015 Posted July 7, 2015 My hack at a '32 Extended track nose, lengthened bonnet, cockpit moved back & a flathead V12 And one for the family man... 4 seats & a hemi Brian
jjsipes Posted July 7, 2015 Posted July 7, 2015 Where did your tires come from? I have been looking for these for a little while now but haven't had to much time to look. Love the look of your model.
Toni L. Posted July 7, 2015 Posted July 7, 2015 (edited) Hi Jason. Those are Modelhaus tires. Front tires are T-120 C and rear tires are T-180 C. Edited July 7, 2015 by Toni L.
Bernard Kron Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 (edited) Holy moly!!!! This hasn't been added to in over a year! Surely some Deuces have been built since then... LOL! Here are my two in the past year. The Devil Deuce coupe, from December 2015: 1940's era Highboy Roadster, fresh from a day at the dry lakes (just finished last week): Edited July 25, 2017 by Bernard Kron
Bernard Kron Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 My '32 Victoria. I'll find better images of the entire car later. I remember this car. Such a beauty - flirting with perfection IIRC. Wish you had found more pics - people would be blown away.
Watertown Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 (edited) Revell Roadster kit. Enjoyable build. Edited September 11, 2016 by Watertown Add'l image
Earl Marischal Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 I would have said a pair of 36s rather that 32s... steve
uelder valongo Posted May 28, 2017 Posted May 28, 2017 (edited) Some 32 Fords !!!!! Thanks to comments. Edited May 28, 2017 by uelder valongo
Draggon Posted May 28, 2017 Posted May 28, 2017 Here's a neat old survivor I picked up from ebay a couple years ago.
Mahogany Rush Posted July 25, 2017 Posted July 25, 2017 What a great old thread I just came across. Here is my one and only '32 Five Window with a 427 FORD.
Foxer Posted July 25, 2017 Posted July 25, 2017 (edited) It's good to see this bumped up again, but I still haven't finished mine ... it did appear on the bench a week ago so here's a shot to help the thread ... and me to complete it! Edited July 25, 2017 by Foxer
Bernard Kron Posted July 25, 2017 Posted July 25, 2017 (edited) Looks like this wonderful old thread has been decimated by the Photobucket DP500 Logo of Death. I'll be going back and re-linking images as I can find time. In the meanwhile here is my latest Deuce, a full-bellypan lakes car done in a kind of 50's Indianapolis Kurtis K500 style: Edited July 25, 2017 by Bernard Kron
Mr. Metallic Posted July 26, 2017 Posted July 26, 2017 I've built a few... It's really not pink Yeah, I've built a few, and about 10 others in process. Sorry for all the pics
