russosborne Posted September 16, 2017 Posted September 16, 2017 Saw a newer Challenger going down the road that had the red/white/blue Sox & Martin paint scheme. No, it didn't have the name or any racing decals on it. But still cool to see.Russ

HomerS Posted September 16, 2017 Posted September 16, 2017 Not many Ferrari's around here, so this is embarrassing .. I worked with a lady years ago that told me her then husband admitted in their divorce proceedings he bought her a yellow one so he knew where she was if he was out with his girlfriend.......Ouch!

1930fordpickup Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 1927 Model T headed the other direction. To bad I was driving my dad home from fishing I could not stop for a picture.
The Junkman Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Been watching Breaking Bad... so this is cool... so they do exist.. , not sure why though.GM groupthink? No one had enough moxie to step up and say "This thing is ugly with the 'arched back' shape of an angry beagle" so they thought to go along to get along. Still causes me to cringe on the rare occasion that I see one.
landman Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 1927 Model T headed the other direction. To bad I was driving my dad home from fishing I could not stop for a picture. How was the fishing?
Funkychiken Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Some great cars at my companies annual Vehicle Enthusiast day, the two GTs are company onwed, but there was a great mix of other cars, a few Ferraris, Aston Martins, and a lerge selection of Fast Fords...!
1930fordpickup Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 How was the fishing?Pat this was the first time Dad had been fishing after the stroke in June. It was a bad fishing day but a good day to see him do fine by the water and using the fishing pole. Steep banks and uneven ground he did fine. I did have to take the fish off for him though.
crazyjim Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 I like that little black car, whatever it is.
Rob Hall Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 I like that little black car, whatever it is.2nd generation Ford Escort..
cobraman Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Sharper than any Escort we got on this side of the pond.
Rob Hall Posted September 17, 2017 Posted September 17, 2017 Walked out my front door a couple hours ago and heard a car start up down the street, classic muscle car rumble...turned and looked to see a gorgeous black w/ red stripes '69 Mustang Mach 1 pulling away from the curb, pulling into a driveway, backing out then driving away...
1930fordpickup Posted September 18, 2017 Posted September 18, 2017 69 Mustang Vert and when I was on my street( a dead end) a 67-69 Barracuda vert. Yes it was a beautiful day here today.
MonoPed Posted September 18, 2017 Posted September 18, 2017 Spotted sort of a unicorn on the road this afternoon, a bone stock second gen Mazda RX7 (FC) Turbo II that looked like it did when it was new. There wasn't even any oil smoke or apex seals coming from the tail pipes.

Rodent Posted September 18, 2017 Posted September 18, 2017 couple of nice poncho's '66 goat rag with redlines and a T-37 at the grocery store. did'nt get a pic, but looked exactly like this, same color, rims, vinyl top.... One of the things that I love about Canada is how all these wonderful cars come out of the woodwork when the weather is good. We were in the wilds of the Ontario "wine country" in 2009 and wound up at a 4 way stop with a 68 Beaumont SD 396 convertible. Seems like Ontario has been better for my car spotting, but it looks like BC is good too. I just didn't experience it during my visits.
PatW Posted September 18, 2017 Posted September 18, 2017 Going to a small garden centre near us, one miniature steam tractor and a 1940's tractor and trailer following it with the owners family riding on haybales on the trailer, superb sight and sound on a backroad!
