StevenGuthmiller Posted January 8, 2021 Posted January 8, 2021 Not sure why this kit gets such a bad rap. Looks beautiful to me!! Steve
TransAmMike Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 Pretty darn cool Tom, interesting color, but it works!!?

Aside from the tail lights I think overall the body lines are quite nice on this one. 1 hour ago, Dragonhawk1066 said: Very nice! Spottedlaurel Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 Super-clean build, looks excellent. I've used that colour before and I have more in stock to use on future projects. I've seen it used here on subjects of varying ages, looks good on all of them.

I have this color planned for a '69 Riviera next. I always liked the various shades of light blue on '60's and '70's era cars. 3 hours ago, ChrisR said: Looks great!! Thanks Chris.
doorsovdoon Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 I love that colour with the white interior, very nice. I think I'll pick one of these up soon, I've seen so many nice builds of these now. Looks great.

The kit is similar to the '66 Wildcat you just built in the sense it's a rather basic one right down to the metal axles. And like the Buick it offers custom options so a modeler can get more creative like you did with yours. Edited January 9, 2021 by AMT68
bbowser Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 Very nice job. I like the '68-69 body style the best of the Chevelles, had a 1:1 '71 back in the day.

NOBLNG Posted January 13, 2021 Posted January 13, 2021 Beautifully done. I had a ‘69 Beaumont that was about that color. I agree, this is the nicest body style of the Chevelle/Beaumonts.?

I've always been a fan of the '68-'69 Beaumonts but they're not often seen here. In all the years I've attended car shows I've probably only seen couple and below is one of them.
