The Big Bad Van is 1/16th scale. Revell did a couple of large vans, both have not been seen in quite some time, not sure if they would really sell anymore

In my humble opinion, the Revell 82 Z-28 is a more nicely detailed kit.

After years of wanting one, and almost paying the collectors price, it was nice to finally get it, brand new, at the LHS for a good price

So, today I found the stash at a local store, they are at the end of a shelf area, next to some indoor shop, and covered by a ad board for that said shop, I was standing in line when I caught the corner of kit peeking out. If I was not so bored, I would have missed it! Well stocked and not just random leftovers. Same prices as before, nothing on clearance, yet. And for any locals, it is at the College Grove Walmart, shelves next to the registers.

Have not seen a single kit shipper this holiday around here. Maybe they are done messing with them.

I am sure they can make the tires wider for some of you....

Well, considering it includes 4 figures and the Amphicat, that is actually not a bad price. But I am sure he will end up doing just the figures when the kit comes out.

Well, they would have to make a new hood for Eleanor, as it was a flat hood, right?

It would be easy for AMT, and later Revell, to do the 1971 Mustang "Eleanor" cars with just slight mods. The 2000 film version would probably require a new tool

I might be the only dissenting voice in this, but I could care less for that car. I am so sick and tired of that being the standard for vintage Mustangs. Plus I am sick of Gun Metal anything. The most overused and overplayed color for a car. Rant over. Your mileage may vary.

I found all of the interior pieces bagged up inside a spare parts goodies box at a kit show. Great for making a work van or even a Garage Diorama. Would be great to see this version of the van back

The Water Pump is the snail looking blob at the left side of the pump, or drivers side, and is driven by a common gear with the fuel pump on the right. Inlet and outlet are similar to that of a Turbocharger unit. I understood the question as to being how the water goes in and out.

What is missing is how they are getting the water back into the block on the HEMI. Water ports are on either side of the timing cover area, normally a bypass style tube is place between them if they are using an external pump, with a water inlet on it. Similar to this, but on the block, where the pump is, and not the heads, but, you could also go that way

I am really surprised they have not done the SSS Coupe, considering it is mostly at JDM car. Also, a wagon would be very cool!
