    That’s so cool. A one afternoon build is not something I’ve done since I was a kid. I will have to try that, just to remind myself how much fun the hobby can be.

    Very nice indeed. The wheels look perfectly centred in the wheel wells to me. Thanks for the useful What I Learned tips. I’m guessing this is the Hasegawa kit?

    The Dino came out great. It’s such a beautiful car as a 1:1, and your model captures that perfectly. The red 250 SWB is beautiful too.

    Both are stunning. The PE wheels really make a difference. What is the reason for swapping out the kit’s windshield? I’m guessing they moulded the ‘glass’ too thick?

    This is looking very nice indeed. The chrome around the windshield looks particularly good. Is that the kit chrome or foil? With regards to the windshield fit, wouldn’t it be great if one of the aftermarket companies made a vac-formed replacement. Would that eliminate the fit issue with the dash top?

    Great job. Clever use of the 66 Fairlane. I always thought that AMT nailed the shape of the mustang body, but the lack of detail on the engine bay and suspension was a bit disappointing. Yours looks ace??.

    A nice little kit from Tamiya with just enough detail. You’ve made a good start. Interested to see what colour you go with for the body.

    Very nice indeed. I like the vinyl top. I picked up one of these promos from eBay recently as well. I have no idea if it’s rare or not, or what to do with it. Your beautiful build has given me inspiration.

    Fantastic craftsmanship Dann. The Countach has come a long way. Your attention to detail for all the opening panels really adds to the model.

    Others may be able to achieve the necessary masking for that red pin stripe, but that would be above my personal skill level. If I were building this, I would do my best to match the silver of the decal. But that’s just me. Whatever way you go about it, I’m looking forward to seeing the outcome.
