    Tamiya 350Z

This is an older build of Tamiya's 350Z. It is an out-of-box build. Not much to tell about it. It was a fun, quick build. Please excuse the bits of fuzz on the model. It is funny, most people build a model of a car they've owned. I bought a car of a model I built. Really, I did. I knew nothing about 350Zs until I built this model. After doing research on the car, I thought they were kind of cool. As fate would have it, a local dealership had a used one on the lot and as they say, the rest is history.
  2. Well I must be more blind than I thought because it looks great to me. I've liked this car, (1:1), from the first time I laid eyes on it.
  3. Two more great looking models! Revell should use these two for their box art models!
  4. I really like both of these! I'm not a Kurt Busch fan but I like the livery of both cars. Fantastic job on the flat black paint and glossy decals.
  5. Outstanding work, Nicolas! The exhausts came out great!
  6. I really like where this one is headed! I am a sucker for military themed autos. She is looking good, Mark.
  7. I've probably said this before, but I appreciate the time and effort you, or anyone else for that matter, put into taking pictures, writing captions and posting them on the forum!
  8. I missed this on the first go around, I am happy to have seen it now. She is a very clean model. I really like the color choice. Nice job!
  9. I mainly build racecars. As of yet, I have not clear coated any of them. To the best of my knowledge most racecars are not cleared. I have never had a problem with decals lifting or coming off. There is nothing wrong with clear coating your cars. The choice is yours.
  10. These are going to be cool! Can't wait to see how they turn out.
  11. Is it safe to assume that this is also the same kit as the "L.A. Street Chopper"?
  12. Beautiful model of a beautiful race car!
  13. It is nice to see a non-blinged out model. The Plain Jane cars don't get a lot of love. Your model captures what many of us saw on the streets back in the day. Nice job!
  14. Great model of a great car!
  15. What a perfect color for that car! Paint job looks great. Nice model!
  16. You, Sir, are one talented builder. Very, very nice!
  17. It just looks natural. Not gaudy, not forced, just looks like it was intended to be that way. Too cool, Jonathan!
  18. That is a great looking model of a really cool NASCAR racecar. Nice job, Lee!
  19. Very cool! I'll be following along.
  20. She's looking good!
  21. This may sound odd, but I glad to see this. This can be taken care of. There are many other prognoses with much more dire outcomes. I know this will not be a walk in the park, (see what I did there..), but I really am glad to see it was not worse. Hope the doctors can come with a plan to ease the pain. You may not believe me but a have a beautiful hip replacement piece in my hobby room. It is the ball section. It was a sales demo piece. I'll send it to you if you need it!
  22. I agree with Wayne! 1st pic is the "money shot" for me.
  23. Haha, I was going to say the same thing! She does look mean and nasty!
  24. Can't go wrong with a Panther Pink Cuda. Nice looking model, Brian! I like the stance. Did you have to modify it?
  25. I like it! To me, it looks "right". It looks like a pickup I would have seen driving around my small mid-west town when I was growing up.
