  1. Nothing which can't be sorted by adding some plastic stock, but still odd that Round-2 didn't provide some sort inner cargo door cover. For the rest neat little kit!
  2. Bold statement to make. Building model kits is a learning curve, and yes some manufacturers and require more dry-fitting and adjusting before a bonding agent is applied then others, but unbuildable no, more of a challenge yes. Anyway maybe look at some videos from this guy, maybe you'll find the model that suits you the best and increase the skill lever as you go
  3. though year, so nothing hobby wise...rather selling, '21 looks more of the same, hopefully '22 will be brighter.
  4. Found this...
  5. Just learned that Chris Hpiguy will air a build review on Youtube of this kit Dec. 26th.
  6. would be awesome Casey, but as much as I would love to see this materialize as a 1/25th scale model kit, I'm not holding my breath....
  7. Sci-fi and automotive.... But more likely is the following one... Or....
  8. Personally I would try to get a replacement part, as they do send to North America, and show them the problem too The following form let you send a picture to their customer service department. Revell warranty request – Revell GmbH (revell-service.de)
  9. Hey guys, Just stumbled on the following... https://www.die-leitplanke.de/herzlich-willkommen/bausatz-neuheiten/revell-vw-t-bus-m-1-24/ Image courtesy of Guido Kehder, please see above link for more and detailed photo's of this new kit.
  10. Hmm, maybe the Dr. Oetker van as our kitchen stowes many of their products, the rest...not my cup of tea sadly. BTW is this an official list? cuz didn't see anything announced on the Revell site.
  11. Interesting topic Casey and one which I've been advocating since Round-2 took over full ownership of the Amt/mpc legacy and hardware The subject matter I would choose:. - '71-'76 Pontiac Firebirds - '68-'69 Dodge Coronet - '70-'71 Plymouth 'Cuda - '70-'71 Dodge Challenger - 71-'72 Plymouth Roadrunner - '72-'76 Dodge Tradesman Van Updated promo style (separate hoods, clear head and tail-lamps) and all shut-panel lines engraved, would be even better if they would do the interior bckets with separate side-panels snap styles, but that's probably pushing it
  12. Absolutely a fan of the Monogram Firebird kits, I never had their snap-tite Camaro so can't comment on that.
  13. with the prospect of some lawyer coming out of the woodwork, for copy right infringement? There's a reason no one succeeded in doing anything positive with the Jo-Han legacy.
  14. Sold mine two months ago. it's just a DM600 with an extra tree holding some Rubber Duck parts.
  15. then there's this.. https://www.shippingandfreightresource.com/thousands-of-containers-overboard-in-worst-containership-disaster-one-apus/
  16. As the saying goes....the proof of the pudding is in the eating'
  17. Great job, to me this Jaguar will always be tied to a great TV series; Morse
  18. To our English friends here, I wonder what Round2 should add at minimum so one can build it Euro spec, and to the powers at Round2 could it be worth while and generating more then enough extra sales in Europe to cover the expense?.....question questions
  19. a consignment deal, he get's a percentage from each sale, and the price setting is done with mutual consent and he has his own website plus does an open house once a month.
  20. I know, the only way to have it back will involve an all new body including the year specific parts, IMHO and if the ROI is there I would advice powers of Round-2 to scan an old annual and re-engineer it to a curbside kit, and emphasize more on the dress-up parts, interior and exterior.
  21. no worries, the mind sometimes plays tricks on us, anyway the reason I remember the date is that I visited the RCHTA show that year and together wit Dean Milano , organised the Hobby Heaven party. Okey was a exhibitor at the show and visited the HH party.
  22. I'm letting a dealer sell some 300 kit of mine...
  23. IIRC that was 2003ish, the police car also had vacu formed glass included and a much better newly designed decal sheet.
  24. Dunno, but would like to have the wire wheels of the Regal.
  25. Personally I always preferred the 1/24th scale of the Monograms, but later I went for subject matter over scale, besides it's not because something is labeled in a certain scale, that it is, case in point some of the AMC kits by Jo-Han. Build what you like, all the rest is not worth worrying about Cheers Luc
