Nothing which can't be sorted by adding some plastic stock, but still odd that Round-2 didn't provide some sort inner cargo door cover. For the rest neat little kit!

AMT kits suck!
Luc Janssens replied to Plumcrazy Preston's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Bold statement to make. Building model kits is a learning curve, and yes some manufacturers and require more dry-fitting and adjusting before a bonding agent is applied then others, but unbuildable no, more of a challenge yes. Anyway maybe look at some videos from this guy, maybe you'll find the model that suits you the best and increase the skill lever as you go -
though year, so nothing hobby wise...rather selling, '21 looks more of the same, hopefully '22 will be brighter.

All New Tool big rig from AMT !!!!!
Luc Janssens replied to Mr mopar's topic in Truck Kit News & Reviews
would be awesome Casey, but as much as I would love to see this materialize as a 1/25th scale model kit, I'm not holding my breath.... -
Revell poor quality chrome
Luc Janssens replied to NOBLNG's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
Personally I would try to get a replacement part, as they do send to North America, and show them the problem too The following form let you send a picture to their customer service department. Revell warranty request – Revell GmbH (revell-service.de) -
Hey guys, Just stumbled on the following... https://www.die-leitplanke.de/herzlich-willkommen/bausatz-neuheiten/revell-vw-t-bus-m-1-24/ Image courtesy of Guido Kehder, please see above link for more and detailed photo's of this new kit.

Hmm, maybe the Dr. Oetker van as our kitchen stowes many of their products, the rest...not my cup of tea sadly. BTW is this an official list? cuz didn't see anything announced on the Revell site.

New Kits of Old Subjects from Round2
Luc Janssens replied to Casey's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Interesting topic Casey and one which I've been advocating since Round-2 took over full ownership of the Amt/mpc legacy and hardware The subject matter I would choose:. - '71-'76 Pontiac Firebirds - '68-'69 Dodge Coronet - '70-'71 Plymouth 'Cuda - '70-'71 Dodge Challenger - 71-'72 Plymouth Roadrunner - '72-'76 Dodge Tradesman Van Updated promo style (separate hoods, clear head and tail-lamps) and all shut-panel lines engraved, would be even better if they would do the interior bckets with separate side-panels snap styles, but that's probably pushing it -
JO-HAN Molds?
Luc Janssens replied to gbdolfans's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
with the prospect of some lawyer coming out of the woodwork, for copy right infringement? There's a reason no one succeeded in doing anything positive with the Jo-Han legacy. -

JO-HAN Molds?
Luc Janssens replied to gbdolfans's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
no worries, the mind sometimes plays tricks on us, anyway the reason I remember the date is that I visited the RCHTA show that year and together wit Dean Milano , organised the Hobby Heaven party. Okey was a exhibitor at the show and visited the HH party. -
JO-HAN Molds?
Luc Janssens replied to gbdolfans's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
IIRC that was 2003ish, the police car also had vacu formed glass included and a much better newly designed decal sheet. -
"correct" scale for new releases
Luc Janssens replied to Motor City's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Personally I always preferred the 1/24th scale of the Monograms, but later I went for subject matter over scale, besides it's not because something is labeled in a certain scale, that it is, case in point some of the AMC kits by Jo-Han. Build what you like, all the rest is not worth worrying about Cheers Luc
