  1. Coming along good, I like the ‘aged’ look.
  2. That turned out great, nice work!
  3. Well, it’s done I’m going to try to get some good outside pics eventually, but here it is for now.
  4. Good looking build, I like the white rims on it.
  5. Looking good! Can’t wait to see this progress, going to be a very cool build.
  6. Love the color scheme, but I can’t help but wonder how it would look if you brought some white onto the hood ?
  7. Thanks, I think sometimes a budd style wheel just seems ‘right’. Everything else is always spokes or chrome/aluminum wheels, these make for a nice change of pace.
  8. Thanks all. I am in the home stretch , all that’s left are stacks, roof lamps, tail lamps and fender mud guards, after that, I think it’s done.....
  9. The straps are yellow ribbon that I got from hobby lobby, and I used what are called ‘splice clips’ to attach the straps. splice clips are a U shaped automotive electrical connector, they are used to splice wires together, in their normal application they are crimped and soldered, in this particular application, they were just pushed onto the edge of the trailer bed and lightly squeezed together, this way I can remove the straps if I want .
  10. Well, that was my other line of thought, I know hunters use them as well, but I ‘think’ some manufacturers use the same tech, but call it different stuff for different applications, IE golf versus hunting. Just trying to get a feel of what’s what from people.
  11. Hey guys, spring is coming , so my thoughts are turning to the golf season. I’ve been thinking of buying a range finder, I have a golf buddy gps unit, but would like to upgrade. Obviously, there are a ton of range finders on the market, so I thought I’d ask you guys what you’re using, and how do you like it? I thought I’d start my research as it were here first, then depending on the response I get here, look deeper into all your suggestions. Thanks guys.
  12. NEVER ad cost..........., that’ll just drive you nuts when you see the total, lol
  13. A little here, a little there, before you know it you’re done. Good looking progress.
