Jerry got me going again with his KW post, so I popped a 352 cab in the paint booth, and came up with this. I was going to do one more color blue on it, but wanted to see if my mask job was good enough, I guess it’ll look ok the way it is?. The stripe is actually a very light blue.

I like it! I also love when I find cool stuff I forgot I had?

As much as I like an actual magazine, it would seem to me , that in this particular case, maybe a digitized version might be the way to go to get back on track. Granted, not all subscribers are in the digital age, but, I would guess a little something is better than nothing. Just my thoughts, take them for what they are worth.

Decal solution is used to allow easier placement of the decals, and to soften them so they conform to curves/bumps etc. . You should be able to just clear coat them.

I’m gonna guess yes, it’s been an ongoing thing for the past few years, it’s been ‘hosted ‘ by a few different members, but we all seem to suffer the same fate from time to time, the inability to finish builds, lol. Still, it’s a great idea, and a great time.

Thanks all. And yes, white is generally not my favorite color to use, but, I was going with the box art, and there are enough colors in the decals to break up the white enough to keep it from looking like a refrigerator, lol.

Pretty good deal for us really, buy the coke branded kit, put it in the stash, wait awhile, sell it to the coke collectors not like we never buy kits we might not build anyway
