Lot of good fabricating work going on in this forum. I did very little fab work other than some parts pieces like the jack and the bumper. Just a peek at my progress at crunch time. Still finishing up the front bumper and lights. I fabricated a LED light bar but needs some massaging to fit on the drip rail. Also need to add the side mirrors and other minor details.

I typically use steel line for the carb hookup. I've used braid to a Tee connection and then bead wire to the carb for a double pumper. Also, different braided wire has different characteristics. Here's my latest update. I just finished painting the second color and now need to do some touch-up, and paint the wide side trim. I did experience some red bleed-through though but I'll live with it. Still not sure if I'm going with a roll bar or not but the point of no return is here for this build.

Hey Steve, not much because I was foolish enough to be in the Aussieball CB as well so I'm trying to finish that up. That said, I'm close to getting it off the bench. As far as the truck, I'm struggling with the front suspension. I don't want to go with leafs so I'm looking at horizontal coil-overs. I've got some pics to work with and since it doesn't have to actually work I think its doable. If not I'll do a mono off the front of the frame. Thanks for asking.
