  2. Now that's funny right there!!!!!!!!!! You sure know how to put on a good show JC! Really whippin' this one into shape. Looks terrific man.
  3. The cat's meow bud.......tha cat's meow!!!!
  4. Now those wheels...........................I like!!!! Is that one of those pre-drilled distributors that I've seen here and there?
  5. Well folks here's a weeks worth of applying bare metal foil and painting details on the body. I should have sanded those door key bezels off and used the PE ones I've got but hey, I'll chalk it up to a learning experience. I'm very happy with the outcome of the paint on this one so far.
  6. For "plain jane" it sure looks flashy. Terrific outcome Jeremy!!!!
  7. Good headlight arrangement. This one's gonna be a lot of fun to follow along on. So much to learn from your builds. I promise............I don't have an old Ranchero in the stash to build this time.
  8. Right you are Rich!! Ol' Greg's at it again!!
  9. Beeautiful build Art.
  10. Very unique, very interesting and very good build. What a good show!!!!
  11. Man that big block sure does look at home in there Jeremy. Good progress so far.
  12. 'Preciate that Randy. I spent about a month and a half on that thing. lol
  13. Thanks Dave. I appreciate that. I spent this morning and will be spending more mornings wet sanding and polishing the body out. Hopefully I can wrap that part up by the end of the week so I can start working on exterior trim and details.
  14. Which ever way you go I'm sure it'll turn out really good JC but I've gotta say that I'm a big fan of your original idea. Just a meaner/ more aggressive look. But that's just my
  15. I can't tell you how many of these I worked on when I first started working in General Motors dealerships back in the 90's but it was a lot. Neat looking cars but I sure hated working on them. lol. I didn't know there were any Fiero kits out there. Will be peeking in on this build for sure Andre.
  16. This is just somethin' else. Can't begin to tell you what a brilliant job you have done so far Steve. Rock on brutha!!
  17. Thanks Adam, Jim and Jeremy. Sometimes I wished that I could just stop at building engines as its my favorite part of auto builds..................hell it's my favorite part of aircraft builds as well for that matter. lol I installed the engine / xmsn assy this morning and checked out the stance again with the spare body in place. I should be receiving my silver bearing solder in the next day or so and will get started on the exhaust system. Looks like it's back to sanding and polishing and all the piddly stuff from here. Still need to drop 'er in the back a smidgen ................
  18. Looks like I've gotta acquire this kit then. What's the box art look like?
  19. Nice and tidy interior Geoff. Is that the OOB interior? I have the Street Demons version of this kit and it's got the big hole in the interior tub for the shifter and the overall look is primitive at best.
  20. Man that motor is a beauty Tim!! Is that one of those resin Holley 4 barrels from FAB? Everything looks super about the belt/ pulley arrangement except for the lack of tension on the main drive belt. Totally awesome stuff man.
  21. Outstanding workmanship thus far!!!!! I like builds like this because there's always so dang much to look at!!!! That T-shirt kills me!!
  22. Nice work on that Pinto! That was a blast following along on the build. Where'd you get those carburetors from? I think I've got some of the same.
  23. This is intense!!! Off the charts completely!!!!
  24. Thanks Mike. Preciate the good word from you as well Jim. Sorry to hear the blues on the house. Typical stuff in the world of real estate. Ok folks. I believe that the 396 is done enough to where I'm going to put it in the chassis and get started on the exhaust system. I temporarily installed the center section of the fan on the front of the front just for picture taking purposes and will remove it so I can use it on the backside of the other fan I have for a future build. N E ways..............here she is: And this one I throw in for all my friends at work. They always tell me that I have a giant clothespin hanging out in my garage.
  25. That's as smooth of a paint job as I've ever seen. Terrific work Geoff!
