  3. Anyone from the forum going to this show? I'll be vending there with about 80 kits for sale. I will also be representing the Fast Trax Resin line of bodies at this show. Stop by and say Hi.
  4. Looking for the date of the May Simpsonville SC show and a link to a flyer for it. Thanks
  5. Chris, I just asked a friend about this show after seeing your post. The show is still held at the same location at the Holiday Inn. It is being held this year on March 18th. I do not have any contact info.
  6. My haul yesterday from the Salisbury, NC swap. The AMT NASCAR kits are for the owner of the slot car track that I race at in Concord NC Finally found a Lindberg 34 Ford PU that was molded in white. The 32 Ford is an empty box in fair shape, couldn't pass it up for $2.00!
  7. Fifth Annual Long Island Toy Car Trifecta Sunday April 8th, 2018 Massapequa NY Click on the link below for the show flyer LITCShow Flyer_2018.pdf
  8. Sorry i missed you there. I had to take a walk occasionally as I threw out my back and needed to try and get it back to semi normal.
  9. Did fairly well at the show today, sold a good amount of kits and picked up a few. Got to meet Mike999 from the forum for the first time and saw Mikemodeler who I haven;t seen in awhile. All in all a good time. Next years show is February 16th, 2019
  10. unfortunately there is no display area, just a swap meet. If there is interest among the attendees there is a possibility of having an area where builders can display their models. The only thing is that they would have to police/supervise the area themselves as Allen has a very limited staff to help him run the show.
  11. I was able to set up today for the swap tomorrow, hope to see some of you there. I'll have a sign at my table with the Model Cars Magazine logo, stop by and say hello!
  12. I didn't take the photos as I did not make it there this year. Photos were taken by one of the SCMA club members. I just have his Fotki site bookmarked for checking out show pics
  13. Here you go https://public.fotki.com/Drgon63/scma/hope-it-dont-snow-show-1/
  14. Dave, when you log in check that the user name you are using is correct. Somehow it changed my user name to my email address on the log in page and I couldn't log on. I changed the email address that was in correctly shown as my user name to the correct one and I was able to log on.
  15. Great news that they were able to restore it. I just went on there to see what was back up again. I did notice there were numerous SPAM posts. I hope they can get that taken care of.
  16. The Drastic Plastic Fotki site has pictures of what you may be looking for. https://public.fotki.com/drasticplasticsmcc/mkiba-build-under-c/
  17. This swap is next month and there is no contest or models on display. It is a swap meet only. The SCMA show was Saturday in Spartanburg SC, I didn't go to it.
  18. I remember the Mustang Cobra record, a friend had one when the kit first came out. I didn't know about the NHRA rule book in the DD kits. Another interesting fact about the early AMT kits.
  19. And will be offered at a price of 3.00 versus the normal 30.00 list price to reflect the 10 cents on the dollar ratio of the proceedings.
  20. Muncie, thanks for posting your scan of the 32 Roadster. 3 down, 3 to go. Hopefully someone has the cards for the 32 roadster the "Deuce" and the 40 Fords that can be scanned and added here.
  21. Thanks for posting that scan and to everyone else that commented. Two scans out of the possible six that were most likely in the early Trophy kits Hopefully there are others that have the missing ones that could be scanned and posted here. It sure is interesting to see what was included as extras in the early kits.
