The wheels are Texas3DCustom painted with Alclad Chrome. Yes it is, and not that difficult to do. Thanks

Been working on this along with the 55. Texas3Dcustoms engine and wheels. Typical mix of paint, Tamiya, Alclad, Krylone and model master. Some parts box tires.

That is well put together Mustang Model there, well done.

I bent some styrene rod to the shape I wanted and then carefully sliced the meeting point. Then I held the two pipes in position and used liquid cement at the connection, a little pressure and they melted together and kind of looks like a weld.

Food City Lumina
James2 replied to James2's topic in Stock Cars (NASCAR, Super Stock, Late Model, etc.)
Thank you all. I haven't done a NASCAR in awhile. I had these decals and thought I'd give it a shot. I air brushed some Tamiya bright orange and used a few other colors for detail. That and a few tricks to make the body fit the chassis better and sit just right. It was nice to build something different. -
Thanks Carl

Thanks, the side trim will be chrome, everything else will be black including the head and taillight trim.
