  1. It seems to be a Mako Shark with different box art!?! I like it a lot!! Lots of cool possibilities there. David S.
  2. I see that with a roof rack and surf boards myself! David S.
  3. I just love this crafty endeavor of yours!! Peter, this is a great big lump of true inspiration here. Do you mind if I save photos of your cutting, shaping, etc.? I have a file of just such stuff, hopefully for when, and if, I can jump into fun stuff like this myself someday!?! David S.
  4. Sweeeeeet!!! This is a import car build I could sink my teeth into too! But I think I would really love the taste of that yellow myself!?! LOL!! David S.
  5. Okay . . . . . .I have been trying to get some stuff done on this once dead build! So I put the electrodes on it's neck again, and . . "IT'S ALIVE"!!! Well, . . . kinda!?! I have been getting the last of the body work done, and in the process, I broke the the splash pan off the front. Not the worse thing really, cause I had stuff I needed to fix in that area anyhow! Then while looking at it in side profile, it suddenly looked way too tall in the area below the doors. The mods I did on the back and nose are what made it seem that way to my eye. So I'm taking a bit off the rockers on this car! So here is before and after on on the one side done- And the last pic is a spoon test of the color choice I am using for body color. It will have black on the side coves. and somewhere?
  6. Thank you - thank you!!! And it looks like we get to do 3 cars from one little pack of tires! Very cool!!! David S.
  7. Thanks for the reply Bernard!! Does Herb still make those tires? I think that I thought he was not doing anything like that anymore!?!? That look is just perfect for Hot Rods, that's for sure!! David S.
  8. Those build up real nice I see!?! I like the AMT snaps quite a bit myself. The '74 Cuda is real cool, I also did the '99? Silverado! Nice job Snake!! David S.
  9. Yeah, and the 2CV taxation rating made them a car people could afford to drive!! David S.
  10. Very nice Dale!! But, no Hemi? David S.
  11. Yeah, that looks really nice Snake!!
  12. I have to agree with Mark, I have seen a few, never done this nice. And generally they don't sit right either!! Such a awesome job on this one Paul!!! David S.
  13. The steel wheels are cool Bernard!! Are they the 37 Ford pick up wheels? Either way, what a great look!! And I love the amber driving light too!! David S.
  14. I think it looks perfect like that!! The silver color has a bit of matte look to it that really makes it pop! And one thing is for sure, if you would have had any body work that didn't quite make the mark, there would be no hiding it under that smooth, beautiful silver!?! I so very much love this car you surgically mastered here Rooster!! And everyone loves a Flat Head motor, right!?! David S.
  15. Well I'm dang sure in for the ride!! Very cool David! David S.
  16. That paint looks like the "Great Blue Hole" of Belize!! Did you watch that? What are those wheels, or how did you do that? They are amazing sir! And a big YES on the stance for sure!! David S.
  17. That wind shield looks great Bill! And you seem to have a way of over-coming problems that get in your way!! And that green color is incredible looking on that car! David S.
  18. Thanks Ray! I just wanted to see how they looked on there really. I'm going to use a bit lower profile tire for the build. David S.
  19. I love it Rooster!! The flattie is perfect also. Watching the rest of this is going to be fun!!! David S.
  20. I had a '77 T-bird years ago, white with red interior. 351 power, and Bill is right, not fast. But it liked to roll down the Hi-Way pretty good though. As long as you stopped for gas quite a bit!! So I am certainly looking forward to more!!! David S.
  21. I love the "Hounds tooth" pattern on the seats Martin!! And like others have said, your foil work on that tub is just crispy clean my friend!! But . . . no Audi V8 in the rear, just pumps and batteries this time, huh? LOL!!! David S.
  22. I hesitated to comment because I wasn't sure what to say about this beauty. But I'll give it a shot here! Wow!!!! I just keep staring at the gorgeous paint! David S.
  23. Holy Moly Guy!! That is the nicest version of a LowRider type paint job I have ever seen!!! Color choices are gorgeous, and all the lines and swirls come together perfectly! If that was a experiment, I will trade you my '70 Impala body, and you can start over!?!? David S.
