  1. I'll keep my eyes open to see if I can find one of those kits. Thanks again Roger! I agree, both kits are worth getting, if only for parts.
  2. Man! That's really nice!!
  3. Inner walls are in place. Now able to mock up with the "roof". Chipping away at it today. Got the Stude out of the "pond" to give you an idea of the size of the trailer. Still lots to do.
  4. Some progress with the inner support walls. Slow progress for sure!
  5. Keep it going! Don't ya' just love scratch building?? Especially when it's old mostly junk stuff!
  6. The four door looks great. Nice foil work!
  7. Looks sharp! Nice paint.
  8. Very nice!
  9. That's cool!
  10. Nice looking Fiat!
  11. Some years ago, a friend gave this kit.....he knew I liked small scale and hot rods. I decided to convert it from a pickup to the truck you see. The yellow styrene is original kit, the rest is scratch built. The engine block and tranny are also from the kit, but was not very exciting, so I built the heads, exhaust headers, intake with injectors and the valve covers. The frame is all scratch built also.
  12. X2!! I also thought your work was the real deal! WOW!!
  13. Well, I'm sure about the Pro Stars! Did a little more checking in the parts box, and I may have a solution to the wheel backs. Funny how the right wheels get you excited about the project again.
  14. You guys down under love to tub your Capri's eh? They look wicked cool!
  15. Thank you very much Roger!
  16. Could anyone please tell me what kit(s) that would have these wheels? I'm guessing some form of race car or pro streeter. Thanks for any info.
  17. Well, I have most of the pieces figured out. The rear bumper and brackets will likely be '32 Ford, as I have a few spares. The inner support walls will get started later today. I have the dark red paint, so it shouldn't be too much longer 'till this project is done, hopefully by the end of the month.
  18. Most letter carriers are fine human beings, but once in a while, they snap and go postal! Guess that's where the term comes from....hahaha
  19. Huge improvement using the poster board ! Now your car is the real centre of attention, and subsequently looks even better than before! Now I have to try the same thing! The car looks brilliant!
  20. Very nice colour choices. Looks quite sophisticated. I recently bought this kit, but I doubt if I'd ever get mine to look THAT good.
  21. Welcome back to the hobby Bob. You'll like being here, I'm sure!
