Several years ago my favorite beer, Spaten Optimator, stopped being available at a German restaurant my wife and I liked. Can't find it at stores either. Never could get a clear answer about it but I miss it. There are a couple of dark beers around but nothing can match that one.

My dog "Buddy" doesn't appear to have fear issues except on a walk if he sees another dog he comes unhinged. Haven't understood that but the vet says some dogs are like that. It seems he has too much energy and needs to keep busy. That's my unprofessional opinion. Always try to keep him busy but it's the down time when he licks. When he's relaxed. Doesn't make sense. Still waiting for the special collar and hope that does some good.

As far as I know Mark is right. I've built many of the ones you mentioned and that's all I've found over the years.

I just took my rescue dog to the vet yesterday to see what can be done about his compulsive licking. Didn't used to be this bad. He licks the carpet, bedspread, my pants, the other dog...... Vet suggested a Thundershirt or an Adaptil collar that releases some kind of pleasant aroma that is supposed to calm him. We started with a little sweatshirt that keeps him warm and I have the collar on order. There's always the pills (forget the name) they can take but neither the vet or I are keen on altering their personality.

Possibly the USPS or possibly our Homeowners Association. Send a check every 3 months for dues and got a late payment statement with lots of added fees because the association hasn't got the check I sent 5 weeks ago. This happened before and after calling them they cashed the check the next day. Hmmmmm But.... the last couple of years we've had checks lost in the mail in our city and the next one over. They eventually got delivered but over a month later. Very irked!

I've always heard/read that a dented can of food is ok. It's the bulging ones you don't want to eat. Something bad wrong is going on inside the can.

My wife always remembers what I was wearing when we met at a birthday party back in 1982; a black AC/DC t-shirt.

Always wanted a Barracuda model but MPC kits and I don't ever do well with each other so I look forward to this version. I've waited this long so hopefully I'll be rewarded with a decent kit.

It's too bad you have to think about this but it's the way it is anymore.

Saw a tv commercial last night for Alka-Seltzer Plus where you just put a fizzy tablet in your mouth. No dropping it in water. That's got to be weird. Call me strange but I love Alka-Seltzer. I tell the wife I wish I'd get sick or have indigestion so I have an excuse to take it but I never need to. She thinks I'm nuts.

When walking my dogs I never let them go in someone's yard; #1 or #2. There is space between the street and sidewalk or the field or some other place. And I always pick up. The really frustrating thing is when I'm picking my dog poo up right next to some that didn't get picked up.

That's what I find odd.

My sister-in-law has chickens but they don't produce much in the winter. Something to do with the temperature and short daylight.

Egg prices. I couldn't make myself buy a dozen at the store but I'll have to eventually. I wonder how restaurants are dealing with this on their menu prices. Got to be a nightmare.

Good job on all those decals AND the model. The Riddler was always my favorite bad guy.
