Hello; John Cafaro, the GM's chief designer of the C4 and C5 Corvettes, envisioned a speedster model for production. Although it never made it to Chevrolet showrooms, Mr. Cafaro designed and built five examples of a C5 Speedster on his own with the assistance of another GM engineer, Mr. Iovino. This is my attempt to portray how a production C5 Speedster might have looked. Thanks for looking and comments welcome.
