  1. I recently bought the Acme 1/18 AFX Mustangs of Tasca Ford and Gas Ronda. These things are sweet! The Dyno Don car will be headed my way soon hopefully.
  2. This one is a Modelhaus, MCW has them available now.
  3. Looks great!!.... I'm looking forward to seeing it completed. I own a 1:1 '68 Fairlane hardtop, so I collect and build 68-69 Fairlanes/Torinos. My '68 was born Lime Gold, but I didn't care for the color when I bought in 1982, so I painted it Wimbledon White. I like the color now, so one of my many WIPs is this Lime Gold 68 hardtop, i'm building it to replicate my car when it was new. ?
  4. Looks like a buying a couple of those kits for parts! I've got an AWB '65 Fairlane project waiting in the wings right now. ?
  5. Here's one of my many WIPS, a replica of the 1:1 '73 Pinto I had when I was a kid. I had intended to put a 289 into it but never did, I got distracted when I bought my '68 Fairlane. So, this build is what could have been....
  6. Looks like a good starting point on a AG Milner coupe I've been wanting to do. It will be FORD powered of course.?
  7. RK Motors.............. https://www.rkmotors.com/vehicles/1788/1967-shelby-gt350
  8. Fantastic build! I don't think I've ever seen one this accurate. Nobody seems to bother getting the rear wheels where they belong, or the correct front suspension. Job well done! ? I'm a huge fan of these cars, have one long-term WIP and few more in the plans. Ritchey sure knew his way around a Ford race car, and the quarter mile. It's really sad that he died so young, and in such a horrifying manner. ?
  9. I've been gradually collecting 69/70 Mustangs from various brands. I'm looking to get all of the Grabber colors, still looking for a Grabber Green car. Here's a few of the 70s....
  10. Thx Guys! Finished it in under a month, I'm pretty happy with it. ?
  11. What shade of Blue are you going to use?
  12. This is my return effort after a long pause in modeling, so I chose a simple one. I've got many, many WIPs already, so I promised myself I won't touch another model until this one is 110% DONE. ? This isn't something I would normally build, I generally stick to drag and muscle cars. I lowered it as low as it would go, and pushed the tires inboard as far as they would go. It's obviously not very accurate, but I like how it looks.
  13. I have bought several of his kits, usually at a show. They are very nice and worth the wait IMO.
  14. Any suggestions on how to make contact? I've emailed and sent Facebook PMs, NO response.
  15. They actually did have a third (Midwest) team in 1970. There was a Maverick and a Torino.
  16. Good luck getting him to respond.
  17. I'm building three different versions of my 1:1 1968 Fairlane 500. This one represents what it would of looked like when it was new. The first photo is what it looked like in 1982 shortly after I got it. The next one is a random photo I found online. The body is from Modelhaus and the chassis is an AMT '66 Fairlane. The vinyl top is going to be a challenge!
  18. Where did you find these kits?
  19. Any news on the Bill Ireland '68 CJ Mustang decal?
  20. I have quite a bit of reference material for the AFX Mustangs. Here's the H&M magazine article........... https://public.fotki.com/fordflashback/2-model-projects/125-afx-mustangs/holman-moody-article/
