  1. If I could afford it I'd be heading for Az., Fl. or Tx.! Calling for 3-5 inches here today thru tomorrow.

  3. Sounds like Walmart bathrooms!LOL When maintenance wasn't on duty they cart pushers were recruited to clean up the messes. When I worked Parking Lot Security I actually had to break up a fist fight that started over who was going to go in!LOL
  4. With the help of the US Martial's Office and Indiana State Police they apprehended him and She surrendered to the local police accompanied by her lawyer. 6 others including his mother have been arrested in connection with this horrible tragedy. Some on obstruction charges.
  5. On short notice, tto hard to get it out tonight. I molded in the teardrop scoop from the 66 Ford Galaxie XL kit.

  8. I still remember how hilarious it was the first time on air he got to use the technology for drawing out the plays on screen! He was like a big kid with a new toy!LOL He was a man who really enjoyed life and what he was doing in life to the fullest!

My son just loves that year and older Ford pickups but everything you find in this area are rust buckets and if you find one that looks really clean you have to look it over really good to see how much body work was done and anything they say were southern trucks need to be checked to make sure they aren't flood trucks.
  11. That was the way Granpa was when I got mine in Jr High. Grandma got them for me anyways!LOL Drove by our son's house but couldn't stop in because they he is in day 8 of his covid vacation but saw him on the couch wearing his ear protection from work! She must have been trying them out!LOL
  12. Had thunder last night and rain. Today gray, overcast gloomy day got up to about 47. Riley! My son wants that truck sooooo bad!LOL

  15. I remember some of their yards! Had mud holes you could lose a car in!LOL
  16. When we moved a year ago in August all the stuff in the back and bottom of the old closet wound up on shelves with all the truck stuff being put on the top shelf. I didn't have any cars painted to finish this winter so pulled these trucks out to finish. They had been put away and forgotten when I got on a Nascar build kick.
  17. That is one awesome job of weathering. Makes me want to hide my Cat kit in the closet because I could never achieve such detail!LOL
  18. Great looking Cruiseliner! Seeing them on the road back then seemed a rarity as I can only remember a very few. Maybe they were more a regional thing???
  19. Has that clean look of so many no frills fleet trucks. Looks great with the trailer behind it!
  20. Nice fleet! The black fenders were the crowning touch! Just the right look!
  21. Started this one around 2000 before it was religated to the back of the closet. Was being built like the one pictured on the box.
  22. Ha! They would probably quit the first day! First truck I drove was a really old Mack, manual steering with a twin stick. I was hauling liquid asphalt in non baffled trailers. First try at takeoff about put me through the windshield! First stop sent me sliding halfway across the intersection. The old guy that was getting me started said not to worry, he had been with worst!LOL
  23. Just finished her about 20 min. Ago. Was going to do some outdoors pictuers but clouded up and got breezy.
