  1. Looks great! You know how to capture this era of Ford pickup!
  2. Very nice looking build!! I like the look with stock wheels without hubcaps.
  3. That is a great looking build! I remember this color combo. Great job on the bed conversion! All around excellent build!
  4. Hanks recently in the past year shut down his truck picture website; "Hank's Truck Pictures." This was a great source for reference material on vintage trucks. Now sadly, Hank is shutting down the forum too, which was still a good reference source. One of the members on that forum was a major source of information on my Highbinder build. Sadly due to cost of maintaining the site, the forum will be taken down.
  5. Thanks for the comments guys!! March update! I have a little more done. Slow progress for now.
  6. Looks almost ready for a hot load of asphalt!
  7. Looking good! My only complaint with this kit is that the cab fits loosely on the interior bucket and there is a lot of gaps around the firewall unless you fill them. I used Evergreen styrene to fill the gaps on mine. I also used doll house hinges to hinge the hood. As far as the bed to the back of cab clearance, it looks like the one that I built years ago is the same way.
  8. I'm amazed at your ability with those individual rivets. You can fabricate a truck a lot faster than I can build a truck. Great work!
  9. Wow! Sorry to here about your accident!
  10. Looking good!! A lot of work being invested here for sure! Craftsmanship at its finest!
  11. Great work! You did an excellent job of capturing the movie truck! Great scratch building!!
  12. Thanks!! Thanks Kerry! Thanks Gator!! Thanks! Looking forward to seeing what you come with. Both resin versions of this one have their issues. I modified the grill on this, and although it is not exact, it is closer than it was to the real thing.
  13. Beautiful build!!! Excellent scratch building!!
  14. Excellent work! Looks great!! I like the paint job!
  15. Looks great!! As far as engine colors, it could have been painted grey after an overhaul job since grey was a Mack color. A company that I used to work for painted all their Mack engines grey when they overhauled them even if they were originally gold.
  16. WOW!!! That is one incredible looking model!
