  1. Stellar Work, David! That really shows off how these cars look when built. You did a great job saving this kit.
  2. I really Like Luna. She must be a "Good Dog!"
  3. You did a great job on this Build, Kim. It looks like something that would be in a TV show. It has that "Hollywood Look" to it. Well Done!!
  4. What a Sharp, Clean build. I think the 1970's Term for this build was "Super Sanitary!" The Colours and Finish are just superb. You did a great job.
  5. Oh I agree with you. I'm just saying that the Airbrush isn't worth the effort.
  6. Fantastic Build! Those Front Wheels and Tires are not in the kit. (I just checked mine) Where did you find those? They are awesome! (as is the rest of the kit)
  7. Great Job. The Disc Wheels really alter the look of the car. You can see why those Discs were a popular upgrade back then. They make the car appear sleeker and more elegant. I really like the car.
  8. 10 years ago, I would have agreed with you. Given how things get done now, it is a Coin Flip whether it got the proper strengthening. And, what is with this Bio-Fuels nonsense? When this truck D.N.F.s or loses power, not one of these folks is going to blame the Fuel, even if that was the problem. I have got no problem with Showmanship. But this whole thing reeks of Propaganda & Narrative. I hope the Ranger does well. I wish the Bio-Fuel Sillyness was not part of it.
  9. And now you guys understand why some of us "casual" modelers stick with Spray Cans and Brushes... LOL The Upside to Airbrushes vs the learning curve and expense just does not pencil out for some of us. Solving Chemistry Problems for my Hobby Enjoyment is not a part of the pleasure.
  10. Dang! Are you Resin Caster's seeing this? What a Cool Body! Those wheels are super neat, too! What a package!
  11. Wonderful Build!! I really like it.
  12. Getting into this hobby in the first place... LOL. I really like it, but sometimes it has caused me problems.
  13. I was playing with the '21 Oldsmobile (Beverly Hillbillies), but realized that it has Spoke Wheels. I may try to find some bigger Wires for it, as it would not look right with the smaller Ford Wheels. But, I think the Revell '29 or '31 Model A is going to be my entry. 98% of a Banger Beach Cruiser is in the box already. This kit, and the AMT '29 Model A Roadster are both great starting points for a T.R.o.G. build.
  14. Welcome to the Herd! Good to have you here!
  15. Gofer has some nice stuff, but not a whole lot of it.
  16. This is why I use brazing rod. It cuts so much easier, than Music Wire or Nails.
  17. Amazing! I too, wait to see what Engine You Chose.
  18. Meh. Idiots doing idiotic things. One Twitch and its all over. And the 'silent car'? Foolishness on steroids.
  19. but I'm sure that others would be all about those versions. Yes! Bring on the 80's Custom Stuff. IMSA Too! But, I'd take this kit anyway they chose to release it.
  20. The Streaker Grille is there too. Directly above the 4 Supercharger Covers you have circled.
