  1. Lookin' Good! I like the stance and the colour!
  2. Well Done! Your Tu-Tone Colours really make it stand out. Looks like something from the Nostalgia Drags.
  3. Has anybody seen any more Pics of the "All American '23 T Roadster", that is supposed to be the next 'Keeler Kustom's' kit? I've seen the one photo from a show sometime back, but nothing else. Has Atlantis given out any more information?
  4. Ordering my Decals next month. I've started work on the chassis.
  5. At this point, I'd be happy to have the '34 Sedan back, warts and all. It is the only game in town, and maybe having the kit for sale would persuade a resin caster to do a corrected body. A 2'n'1 would be the way to go, I think.
  6. Neat Story! Thanks for sharing.
  7. Around Here, that would risk getting very aggressive "push back" from the rap music lovers. I'd rather not get shot over lousy music.
  8. It is in the new '63 Chevy Wagon & trailer kit.
  9. Wow! Great Idea. I can't wait to see what builds show up.
  10. I like it. Very Clean Build!
  11. Re: Background Music. Try to find inoffensive, non-copyrighted Music? Now, try to find enough to fill 2/3 hours a week, every week for a year.....
  12. I just wanted to draw attention to Chris and his Youtube Channel. Chris has reviewed Hundreds of kits in the last few years, and his builds have gotten more comprehensive as time has gone on. I know that I eagerly await his videos of kit contents, as in many cases they will be the deciding factor on a purchase decision. If I don't like what I see, the box stays at the store. I cannot be the only one who uses his reviews this way. Chris has always had an accessible, friendly style, (unlike many of the more Bombastic Guys out there), and he has no need to waste 30 seconds of my time on a "Cutesy, dated Intro" like some others., I know his "Quik Built" kits annoy some, but his growing popularity shows that he knows his audience, and delivers what they want. I know at least 2 modelers who have started into the hobby and are buying (& Building) kits based mostly on Chris's example. As a Goodwill Ambassador he seems to be doing a stellar job, especially in reaching on Online Audience that does not seem to frequent forums. Good Show, Chris!
  13. I'm building one of these right now. All has gone well, until now. The Bed Floor is badly warped. I'll have to try to use the Hot Water/ Brick, Flattening Method and see how it work out. It bugs me because, while my progress has been slow, it has been pretty steady. I like the truck, and with some Ford Hubcaps and a tires swap, I think I'll be able to get a Decent 2x4 Camper Special out of the kit.
  14. I'm really happy to see Revell issue another Car/ Bass Boat combo. I've got the Bronco/Buggy set, and I'll be getting one of these too. Revell, how about Taking the "Pulled Pork" Blazer, and putting it back to stock, and giving us a GM tow vehicle combo. The Revell Dirt Bikes, or the Honda ATV would make a nice load! Anyway, thanks for these Combo kits! I'll buy every one you make.
  15. I try not to....
  16. Super Build, and even Better Story. Thanks for sharing, Dan!
  17. Outstanding Build!
  18. Wow! Awesome Build. Fantastische Arbeit
  19. I was in a Promise Keepers Men's Group in the late 1990's with Mr. Cushenberry before he passed. He was a truly nice man, and I was the only person in the group who knew of his Custom Car background. He never mentioned it when we met. He did not attend often, but was always cheerful when he came to the meetings. He passed away before I had a chance to get to know him well.
  20. Soory, Les. I have no more pics. Mined from an old Blog Post.
  21. Inspiration,
  22. Boy, you nailed this build! Great Work.
