  1. Keith, I found the Header Flanges. They are hidden in with the Roll Cage parts! Right Next to each other. Hard to see though.
  2. I may need a set from Ray.
  3. Thanks, James!
  4. What are the differences between the Yenko and COPO besides the wheels?
  5. Awesome Work! The Camper Shell alone, is a work of Art.
  6. Outstanding Work! That is an excellent water effect!
  7. Beautiful Build! One of the Nicest Builds of this kit I've seen. It uses the same Chassis as the T.D. Dragon Wagon. I always wanted to kit bash the 3 kits together.
  8. That is a First or Second Issue kit. The Original.
  9. Thanks for the music , Jason. It was great. Now, I've got a new Rabbit Hole to go down!
  10. Pete, Riley, Bill. Salsa is even worse than Sour Cream. The Paco Smells around here goof the order about 40% of the time now, so asking for "No Sour Cream" gets results about 3 out of 5 orders. Riley, Nice Lee Greenwood Riff. You earn points for being Clever. Bill, Nuggets are one of my secret vices. Such tasty cardboard, though. I seldom use any dipping sauce. Thanks Guys, for letting me vent.
  11. Wow, so how old is this kit, really? From 1958?
  12. Is that one of the old Aurora Kits, Mark? It sure looks good.
  13. Minicraft Triumph TR-3 Kit. How old is it Really? Did it originate with PYRO back in the day?
  14. Man, I did not know Mr. Bean had a Landie! Great Job! The tire choice is great.
  15. Tim, I continue to go back and look at these pics! Dave did a fantastic job on these kits. They inspire me to try building one myself. It won't be a snice as hos, but I'm willing to try my own version. Thank You again for sharing these photos!
  16. Boy, that cleaned up nicely! It went from Absurd to Svelte Custom, with just a few parts left off, and some well chosen modifications. You really changed the kit, from goofy to respectable. Great Work!
  17. Wow! What a showstopper! It looks really good in Red.
  18. There was talent in both Brothers. Sam as a Designer, George as a Promoter. Just too bad that Sam didn't outlive George......
  19. Same Frame in the Sand Dragon Dragster. The instructiions in the Sand Dragon, might show how to assemble the frame more clearly. https://public.fotki.com/drasticplasticsmcc/mkiba-build-under-c/amt-instructions/straightline-competition/amt-sand-dragon-san/?view=roll#1 And it is in Both TV Tommy Ivo kits. Both the Streamliner and Conventional Rear engine kits. https://public.fotki.com/drasticplasticsmcc/mkiba-build-under-c/amt-instructions/straightline-competition/amt-tommy-ivo-strea/?view=roll#1 https://public.fotki.com/drasticplasticsmcc/mkiba-build-under-c/amt-instructions/straightline-competition/amttommyivonewreare/?view=roll#1 And Here is the MPC Don Garlits "Swamp Rat 1-R" Dragster. Looks like the frames are a close match, in real life, but AMT and MPC tooled them differently. https://public.fotki.com/drasticplasticsmcc/mkiba-build-under-c/mpc-instructions/straightline-competition/mpc-don-garlits-rea/?view=roll#1
  20. I like this build very much. The Powered Trailer is a neat touch.
  21. This Build Rocks it! As others have said you have nailed all the key points for a 55 Gasser. This is one of the closest builds I've seen that hits the Sweet Spot , of an Old Skool Gasser!
  22. How about a Longbed, Stepside Bed? That is what my Dad has on his '61.
  23. A couple things. German Schlager Music. I can't understand most of the words, but I like it. Sea Shanties too. Normally I am a Country Music, 80's Hair Metal fan with a real interest is Def Leppard and Krokus. But then there are these.... Like this: or this: or this: last one:
  24. For me it was Wynonna! Ashley was a Skinny Runt with a bad attitude. And, now there are hints that it might have been Suicide. How utterly awful for her family. Just nothing else to say.
  25. Fast Food Tastes... Daughter bought us dinner tonite as she was too tired to cook. She got as "Mexican", from a place that rhymes with Paco Smell. What is it with this American Obsession with drowning their food in wet, messy sauces and condiments? With this place it is Sour Cream. With Hamburger Places it is drippy Catsup and Mustard, and some times Mayo. None of these add to the flavor of the food. Instead it just makes it harder to eat, and ruins shirts. Tonite a "Chalupa" Exploded on me, spreading Sour Cream down the front of my new shirt. Now I have a Ruined Shirt, and half my dinner spread equally between my shirt, the table and the floor. Makes me so Angry. Yeah, it is a "First World Problem" and I really am grateful for Cheap, Fast food when my daughter is too tired to cook,, but why the *&$# is including Sour Cream the the default, instead of making it an added extra? Rant Over......
