I wonder if it will be a straight Re-issue, or have any new parts. Either way, it will be the Third Manx, since the kit was first Re-Released a few years ago.

David, I spent a year trying to get a hat like Onslow wears. I was too late though. By the time we watched the series, HF had stopped selling those ball caps. I saw on in 2002, go for over 200.00 on eBay.... What some Fans will do, eh? To this day, my 25 year old son, still says "Oh Nice", with exactly the intonation....

Guys, I was too terse in my Comment Re; the manual Trans block. What I meant was that now that I had seen that was the Manual Trans was available, I needed to get one. But, I have changed my mind.

Something to smile about. The Rescue Amazon Parrot (yes there are Bird Rescues, just like there are for dogs), that my wife in mid-May, continues to get better acclimated to the house and our routines. Poor Guy is at least 30 years old, and has a crippled left leg and wing. So, he has troubles getting around his cage, and he cannot fly. The Poxie Rescue folks failed to mention this small detail. So, we paid $500.00 to the Rescue, had to drive 400 miles round trip to get the bird, and only find out he is both, far older and not as healthy as they told us. I was not happy about this,but he is a good (if grouchy) bird! He likes treats (potato chips and fried chicken) and prefers to nap when I sit with him in my recliner. There is no good to be had from talking to the Rescue Group, as they (like almost all animal rescue groups in California), are simply swamped with animals being turned in, or worse, just dumped by the door. So, we'll try to give the old boy a good home, and keep him safe and comfortable. Named him Onslow, after a character in a British Comedy from the 1990's called "Keeping up Appearances".

David, the roofers don't care. (as you have probably surmised) It's just a job to them, and caring about trash is not what they get paid to do. In Fact, around here anyway, even when the are paid to clean up the trash there in a 50/50 chance that they will do it. Many people don't care about that kind of thing anymore. But, It isn't a new problem. Lady Bird Johnson started one of the first anti-litter campaigns, over 60 years ago. So folks have not changed much.

Significant difference in wheelbase length. Got to be 2 maybe 3 inches in scale. Notice how everything lines up exactly until you get to the rear axle. Seems strange to me.

Nobody knows about the Hemi Yet. Round2 will have to play Mix & Match with the tooling to render the kit as shown in the box art. So, there is no telling what will be inside until we kit a kit to open. Maybe by Christmas 2021?

Be nice to see what shows up in the box. Are those newly tooled forward facing lights over the driver's head? Are those the '65 Chevelle Wagon Surfboards? And there should be some seriously odd decals in this kit too. And I remember that this was a pretty heavy chunk of plastic in it's day. The price may be on point.

Just re-reading this thread. I noticed that the '33 Willys panel is coming out again with yet another set of markings. They are hitting that tooling very hard now. Third Decal Variant this time. I hope it sells well. Also saw the '34 Ford Pickup in Sunoco Markings! That should do well. Maybe (just maybe) the flat bed/stake bed will be back in the kit, since it seem to be a Service Station focused kit. Also, maybe the Dual Rear Wheels will be seen. I will be pleased to see what they have chosen to do with the kit. Lastly a suggestion for Round2. Add one or two trees from the recent Tip Top Shop or other Tool/Shop kits as a bonus to any release of some future kits. Especially Re-pops of the "Trophy Series Kits' or kits with many engine options. A Mod Stocker with the Hoist kit would make a cool pairing as well. Instant Diorama, which seems to be a growing theme amongst Military Modelers now, especially in 1/35 scale. Get some more use out of that Shop tooling while it is still fresh.

I can hope that the Halibrands are also included in the Coupe kit also. Given the location of the parts on the sprues, as shown in the other thread, It would add to the work load to clip them off individually, but as others have said, "stranger things have happened". While I agree with Tim Boyd about the delay in the release of this kit being worthy of note, for all the good things the new Revell has demonstrated, Quick Response to changing market conditions is not one of them. This has to be the slowest OODA Loop, I've seen in a customer facing company. They are not just conservative, they have been Sloth-Like in responding to the obvious questions their dwindling corps of customers have. A look at the product listings at the current company website tells a horrible story. The product offering by category are down 50% in some places. Admittedly, the Airplanes are still relatively well covered, but the rest.......... Time will tell. Maybe the shock of the Bankruptcy is beginning to wear off, after 3 years? Maybe Quantum just needed this long to re-arrange the deck chairs, before starting the voyage? Maybe, for business reasons, everything behind the scenes had to be perfect, before business could go forward? Or, the worst fears of the Doom & Gloom crowd are manifesting, and having a group of "Green Eye Shade" Number Crunchers run a Hobby Business is turning into the fiasco that they had predicted. I do not for a minute believe the last one! The Bronco Half Cab & Dune Buggy w/ a Trailer kit was inspired. I nurture the "perhaps Misplaced" hope that Revell will release a second version of the new Landy with the spare where it belongs down on the bonnet, rather than the 1 in a 100,000 machine that they chose to copy. And Revell is scheduled to share news at the soon to happen Vegas Show. So, I'm planning on seeing good things.

Well, my memories of the Hobby are from the Early to Mid 1980's. So 'that' was the Golden age for me. It was followed by a second Golden Age when I discovered eBay in the early 2000's. No, I'm not Chicken Little about the Future of the Hobby. But, My wants and interests do not map well, on the global subjects that will be coming as the Hobby moves to markets that are growing, rather than markets that appear to be stagnating. (i.e. the United States). But, that is Okay in the long run. I'm almost 60 now, and my "Buying 10 Models at time" days are over. I'll never attend another Swap Meet/ Show, and I will not be hauling away a Minivan full of kits like I did in 2006. But there is a time for everything, and lacking a Mercer or a Kirovets or a Tucker Sno-Cat, I'm done with Grails. In Conclusion, It sounds if you and are a taking different parts of the same argument. P.S. Let Me Know when you see the 1/25 1912 Mercer Kit!

Justin, I stand by what I said. My son builds Warhammer stuff, and I bought Cars, Big Rigs, 1/48 & 1/72 Scale Aircraft, 1/35 Armour (including some of the Chinese 1000+ pieces Wunder-kits), 1/350 & 1/700 scale ships, and even a Few Space Ships, ranging from the Lindberg Moon Probe to the Atlantis NSEA Protector. I've been buying kits since 1981, and I dare say that I missed the Golden Age of $2.00 kits by a good Twenty Years. I also remember how lousy many of the 'new' kits were in the early '80's, Translucent, Flimsy Plastic(Revell), and Flaking, Splotchy Chrome (Revell and AMT), Horrible 2-piece tires. And, Let's not forget the dreaded AMT 'decontent-ed" kits where huge gaps on the chrome tree showed what AMT had blocked off, in order to save what had to be 3 cents worth of plastic! Even as a Novice, I could see and deride the insult that product planners and accountants 40 years older than I was, were passing off to the public. Lastly, I bought 2 Copies of the New Revell Landrover kit last year. I said clearly, that I'm always happy to see new subject matter. I wish DM, NuNu & Belkits much success. All I really said was that they don't tool up kits that Interest Me. No More, No Less. I regard (wrongly perhaps), that WRC cars are a Niche Market. A Larger one than NASCAR or 1960's Landbarges, but a Niche, nevertheless. I suspect that P-51s and BF-109s and Sherman Tanks all represent bigger sales numbers than WRC machines. Tamiya, Italeri, and others do produce some older WRC kits from time to time, but only as an offshoot of the Stock kits of those cars that they have already tooled up. What would by My 1/25-1/24 Niche? Extreme OffRoad Machines (See the previously Mentioned Kitovets K700 and Ural Tracked Truck hybrid) for examples. Camel Trophy Rally Cars, & Formula Off Road Cars. and a 1912 Mercer Raceabout, to go with my MPC 1914 Stutz Bearcat. Thank You.

This looks cool. Combine the bed with an Emhar Bedford Type O, short Wheelbase chassis or the AMT Ford F250 Firestone truck, or the Revell (ex Monogram) 1979-80 Ford F150 kit. Plenty of ways to build unique tow vehicles.

Justin, Sarcasm Much? Not a subject matter that I would buy, but always happy to see new kits. DM MOdelkits , like NuNU and other new players, may never tool a kit that I want enough to buy, but I'm happy to see the hobby grow. Besides, most of the new kits I see posted here on the board are almost all Racing or Exotic/ Supercars, a category that I have no interest in. So, I'm not really the market these new tools are aiming for. But, as I said, I'm happy to see them. Now give me the Ural 5920 Tractor/Truck or the mighty KirovetsK700 as as shown in the video, and I'm ready to buy.
