It's about time for Revell to dust off the tooling for the '55 Panel Truck version of this tool, and give us a fresh version. If they threw in some Stock(ish) looking wheels and tires, it would probably do pretty well. Add in some Light Commercial Decals to sweeten the deal.

Because they don't look like engines... There could be anything under there. Squirrels, Nuclear Reactors, Magic Beans! They have no romance, no soul.

The older I get the more I feel like I don't want to build an engine in anything built after the year 2000. Just too much trouble.

My truck (2007 Chevy) will stay with stock rims and tires for it's life. The Rims are sharp looking, and it rides and drives just fine as it is. I want to add a Brush Guard/Push Bumper and mount Fog Lights but that is about it as far as mods go. I'm too old to want to fool around with "Cool" looks anymore. If I want Cool, I'll build a model of it.

A caster called Escort 5000 did some about 25 years ago. I have about 4 of them left. The Round2 /AMT '64 Ford Galaxie Mod Stock kit has one. Best I can do for you.
