  1. Would you be able to sell just the Brush Guard/Bumper assembly from this truck? Thanks, Alan
  2. Sure Looks Sharp, Eric! I like the Green/White Paint. Good Show.
  3. Great Build! I've always wanted to build that D VII kit. I think the big Benz engine would be cool in a Rat Rot too. I should start looking for a parts Lot on eBay.
  4. Just made a trade with Nitro Marty. Trade with Confidence! Excellent Trade.
  5. Beauty of a Bus. My folks had a '62 White over Red Bus. The named it "Boo Boo, the Baby Bus" WE had it until I was 6 or 7. I still miss it.
  6. Car Modeler Magazine published some drawing and articles about 25-30 years ago in the Truckers Corner (or something close to that) about using the AMT Great Dane Flatbed to build a Heavy Haul trailer. I Think, that is what it was. But it's been 10-15 years since I looked at the issues, so I may have most of the details wrong. Revell used to make some kind of Heavy Load Trailer, too. Again, I don't remember details. Sorry I cannot be more specific. You might try posting this same question over on the "Spotlight Hobbies" Forum, and see what somebody there might know. https://board.spotlighthobbies.com/
  7. What a Beast! Love the details and colour!
  8. Awesome Build! The Gold looks 'just right'.
  9. Ismael, I've added a link to EG's thread for those that have not seen it. Just to consolidate the information about the Wasp in one place. Your Build is Jaw Dropping in it's detail and craftsmanship!
  10. Great Save on a great car! The 2 shades of Blue you chose are an excellent choice.
  11. Anybody up for a High Roller S-10, or a Lowrider Chevy Luv? I'd think a Lowrider Luv, might actually be pretty Kool. Hard to do with the parts in the kit, but Kool.
  12. Calnaga Castings does a great version as well. https://calnaga.com/blower-scoop-crower-8-port-injector
  13. I agree with your thoughts, exactly, Noel. It will be a few more years, but I see that already happening with a few resin casters. More and more will do so in the future.
  14. Here are the instructions. The engine is a Display Only piece, I think. I don't see any way to put it in the car. https://public.fotki.com/drasticplasticsmcc/mkiba-build-under-c/hawk/hawk-w163-mercedes-/?view=roll#1
  15. Greg, you are correct! The two Pots glue directly to the manifold.
  16. So, a Day after my last post, it's 56 this morning with a high of 77, predicted. What a change!
  17. I'm sorry. The Convertible does not have the Dodge Fever decals. Wish I could help.
  18. From the recent Round2 Kits, or from the original. I have the convertible from Round2. LMK
  19. Awesome! That kit can still be made to shine, 60 years later, by someone who takes the time and effort to do it Right. Which you did, in Spades.
  20. Rod Serling of Twilight Zone fame built Model Airplanes. He used to patronize most of the well known hobby shops in L.A. I have an acquaintance who has seen and held some of Serling's builds.
  21. There are decals on the '78 Dodge sheet for the minibike. I do think they are Rupp.
  22. I have no clue what it is, but give it a bath and some gentle cleaning, and affix that left front wheels, and you got one heck of a "Survivor" display piece!
  23. In Bakersfield it was 94, yesterday at 4pm. Really Hot. Summer started too early this year. Happily a cooling trend starts today, so only 86 is forecast.
  24. I've got a Half-Finished Monogram '55 Ford Pickup that I was converting into a "Flatbed Ford", but It has never been completed. I did not know about this one, when I started my build about 10 years ago.
