If you use Kitty Litter, you have to crush it first. Put a handful in a large Ziplok bag, gt most of the air out, seal it, and then crush it with a rolling pin (or something like that. Coke Bottle) Once it is very fine, you can combine it with the binder, and then spread it flat.

I got hired by the County to work the November election. Completed all the paperwork this morning. Minor Irk.... I don't actually go into the office and get paid until Late Sept/Early Oct. So 3 more weeks idle before working. And then only for 6/7 Weeks..... But, there are Gubernatorial Primaries in March, so I could get called to work that election, in early Feb. ( we generally start taking phone calls about the election, 5 or 6 weeks before the Election Day)
