    Hey everyone!, after a failed 2nd attempt at a Tamiya Ferrari F40, I decided to turn it into the accident aftermath on the famed Autobahn. It all went bad when I was accelerating to the end of the build....the body got stuck 3/4 of a mile down on the chassis.....I tried to separate the two, but it was no good.....thoughts were Zipping by me at high speeds!!….WHAT TO DO???!!!……..Then, as the finish line was in sight, my hand slipped!!…...CHIPS OF PAINT WENT FLYING!!!...…..THEN IT HIT THE WALL IN A SHOWER OF PLASTIC, AND BITS!!!......It was over, and I had lost. -This tragedy did eventually have a happy ending, I purchased a Fujimi kit instead, and actually liked it waaaay better than the Tamiya versions.

    Thanks, Thomas!, I actually really like the italeri/revell/testors versions......I actually have at least one of each!.....I have two of the fujimi kits. The NO.9 kit is special for two reasons; 1) it includes a huge PE set, and 2) it also includes a bunch of chrome metal transfers......neither of which is indicated on the box......its an awesome surprise!

    A little update here; finally done with making the headrests look more realistic. The seat buckles, and seat adjustment knobs are the final parts to SB, and will be done today.

    You know, William...that's sounds exactly like my life for the past three months....right down to the painting thing!....I have five or six kit interiors to paint VERY soon, and we had to put new tyres on our REAL jeep!....weird

    LOL, Thanks, Joe!!, but next time I will be scaling it down to 4 at a time. My new strategy is to do a Lamborghini, a Ferrari, a Porsche, and a surprise build.....all at once, each time.

    Thanks, Alex!, yes it did, especially considering the fact that each kolor has three thin coats......technically, I painted it THREE times......lol
