  8. Thanks, Jonathan!, its one of my favorite kolors. Its the same kolor that i'm painting my Pagani too.
  9. My favorite car that I owned was my 69 Dart. My favorite car of all time is the Lamborghini Countach.
  10. Perfection!!!
  11. He didn't have any wheels or tyres in his box, so I took the wheels out of a Fujimi Ferrari P330 kit, and I think the tyres came from one of my De Tamaso Pantera kits.
  12. I started collecting photos for my next stage, and found a bunch of really great ones!!…..
  13. My friend used Duplicolor Pewter Metallic, Jonathan.

  18. Thanks, Jason!.....its incredibly hard!!
  19. Hey, everyone!, while I was re-organizing, and adding more shelves to the modelroom, I came across this model that I had given to a friend to be his first build. Not wanting to get into it too much, but he's not around anymore, so I decided that i'm going to finish it for him. The only thing I've done so far, is add some Tamiya panel line paint, but the really hard thing for me is to NOT cut the very simplistic seats out, and make them more realistic.....I have to resist..lol here it is before I start....
  20. You're welcome, Pat!, I woulda thought the same thing about them hiding detail, but like I said, I've been using them for 35+ years now, and I love them! you can look at the details of any of my builds, and see. ….even my Paganis interior is done with the red filler primer......after 2 coats of gray filler, 2 black primer, and 2 coats of Universal Black Metallic.
  21. Sorry to hear that about your finish, I've been there. My main paint to use is Duplicolor, been using it for 35+ years now, and I noticed that just because they have a White, black, and a Sealer gray primer, doesn't mean it is friendly to plastic. No matter what I did, ALL three of these primers sprayed directly on the plastic will kraze like this.....its stupid. The Gray, and Red Filler primers however, work beautifully!!, and if you put that down first, you can use their other primers with success. Also; your interior is looking GREAT!!, and just slightly changing your photo angles can keep things looking like they really are, since the inconsistent sheen from detail painting with a brush can make things look a bit "muddy". All of us get that from time to time, and remember that NOBODY builds a perfect model, but learning how to distract with detail, cleverly covering things up, and moving the parts around until the best angle is found for your photo, will make help make things work in your favor.
  22. Same here!!, with me around, theres always one less Mint In Box/ Still sealed kits around......lol
  23. Nice!!, cant wait to see it!!, I normally mostly build exotics with the occasional muscle car thrown-in, but I do like these cars too!, I wanted to build at least one in my life time, so I got myself the Phaeton BoatTail Speedster to do, and got my wife this Cadillac like yours. Hope it keeps going good for you!!
  24. Thanks, Kurt!, those are sweet "little" details that really catch the eye more than one would expect!!, and yes, as awesome a car as the Miura is, they were notorious for catching fire!...they would blow fuel lines, and spray petrol all over the engine bay!......NOT GOOD!! In my opinion, Tesla should have a Halon system, but also,...…..and i'm gonna get my head bitten-off for this, should STOP trying to make self-driving cars!! Me personally, I want the MOST contact with controlling anything I use! There are too many unsuspected senarios in life, to hand that kind of control over...…..screw that noise!!
  25. Hey, Kurt!, no you didn't miss the Pagani being finished, all I have left to do is paint the body, but to save time and klean up, I have 5 other models that will have all their interior parts ready for primer within the week, so I was gonna do them all at once. Heres the Pagani ready to go..... P.S., I love that fire extinguisher joke!!..lol, sadly ALOT of Lambos needed them, and how about all those guys who make fire shoot out of their exhaust pipes, and it catches the freaking car on fire!!…….flaming idiots.
