  1. Despite all your troubles it turned out nice.
  2. Thank you Sir and I totally agree.
  3. This is another Aoshima kit my son gave me for last Xmas. When I first saw it I kinda thought, Uhg, but now I think it looks pretty cool. Painted with Krylon Shortcuts Sun Yellow.
  4. No real issues really, my main concern is the deck to hull fitment. There are two parts called for that aren’t included and aren’t even shown on the bottom of the box parts diagram. That would be the propeller shaft and an antenna. I just omitted the antenna and used old sprue for the shaft. You can always stretch some sprue for the antenna. Not a bad kit especially with the 40% off at Hobby Lobby.
  5. The kit now is a Revell kit which at one time was possibly the Monogram kit, not for sure.
  6. Fantastic!
  7. I too like your seat texture. Build turned out nice.
  8. This is JFK and crew on their maiden voyage on the PT109. Not that great of a kit but builds into a somewhat nice replica. Thanks for looking.
  9. I had some left over decals from the Revell Dauntless kit so I built another Corsair kit with the wings folded.
  10. Wonderful job all around, from the engine detail and the gorgeous paint and window tint.
  11. Fantastic!

    Well done indeed.
  13. Finished the ‘36 Wild One in Tamiya TS-98 Pure Orange. Easy and fun slump buster for sure. I’ve done the ‘34 Slammer and would like to pick up the other two in the series.
  14. Hard to pass up the 12.99.
  15. Wow! That could pass as the 1:1 for sure. Fantastic looking build.
  16. Very impressive work! I love the paint and all the extra detail and custom work. I had just built the stock Katana in 1/12.
  17. Haha, not what I expected but pretty darn cool!
