Finished up this kit that I had picked up at a local antique mall in town for 4.50. Not sure how old this one is but every decal seemed to be on the verge of ripping to shreds, seemed extra thin. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the rear stance any lower. Paint is Rust-Oleum Apple Red that dried in about a months time, then wet sanded and polished. The Terry Labonte car is an older AMT kit I built years ago.

Looks nice, but I’m still curious, what makes them more natural and logical than left hand drive.

Beautiful! What a looker!

It looks really nice. I have to wonder if you’ve driven a right hand drive vehicle and what makes them more logical and natural looking?

Thank you! Yep, that’s where my son picked it up for me.

Looks extremely nice, especially for a snap kit, you did it well.

Superb build. One thing that stands out to me is your nicely detailed wheels.

Very nice! That’s one to be proud of.

Looks like a 1:1. Excellent work.

I’ve had several bodies painted up so starting to roll some builds out now. I realize there not as detailed or up to par as most the builds here but they suit me fine. This one is painted with Tamiya rattle can TS-58 Light Pearl Blue with the TS-13 clear coat. The camper and wheels and tires are about the only highlight of this kit. No mirrors were included so I used the only parts box mirrors I had and wish I had just left them off, but you gotta have mirrors with a camper right!
