I am going to see if I can get another 90s kit for the chassis.
-
I will probably not use them so I could get rid of them,I am going to keep the interior cover since I do not have a top.
-
I have two others that I bought built as coupes and one came with the convertible parts, so I bought the 90s chopped top kit and put the chassis on one and then put the convertible parts on the body and installed it on the original chassis.

What kit did these jacks come from

I have one of those trailers I need to repaint and I would like to have another one of those Dodge trucks but they go for too much money now. -

I have never built that race car so it must have been the Dodge trucks. -
I picked up some of a Monogram 34 Ford from the early 60s yesterday,I have the cycle front fenders and bobbed rear fenders from this kit but really do not like the looks of them so I am going to hunt for fenders and a hood and make it full fendered.
-
I pieced this one togather from parts I had and others I scrounged on ebay and other sources,I have a few other kits that need to be built so no more 40s for awhile.
-
With this project I saved a bunch of parts from going in the trash, its kind of rough but is a beater.
-
It might have been easier to do one like that and I found out I had a p/u bed I could have used but its now going to be made into a trailer.

I might put a set of hubcaps on it but I only have two in stock.

Monogram 1/24 '32 Ford Roadster

You might want to look that motor over closely, years ago I built the chopped top 33 coupe that said it had a sbc but it was the Pontiac motor the original 60s kit had made to look like a sbc. -
I used the back of the cab from a 53 p/u to close it off and gave up on it a couple times,AMT body and sedan delivery interior and a Lindberg chassis and fenders. Phase II is to build a utility trailer out of a truck bed to hook to it
-
Took a junk 2 door sedan body and cut the roof off at the rear to make it kind of look like a ute,it was built with all junk parts I had in stock.
-
I am building a trailer out of a 40 Ford truck bed and wondering where I can get a tongue that looks like a real one or close to it.
-
There is a build thread on the ute looking 40 under home built 40 p/u.
-
Starting to look like a car again and fitting the 390 motor from the 34 p/u kit, going to paint the motor as a 58 332 and go with a single 4 bbl if I can find a period air cleaner. Those tires are what I put on it in the late 70s and two were those awful two piece tires,I am thinking I brush painted the body but see no streaks in the paint and will not repaint the body.
-
Its a home made p/u that kind of looks like a ute.
-
I built it in the spring of 74 stock and must have took it apart and added different wheels and stuck in the motor from the 53 p/u kit a few years later, the rear bumper got broken off so I picked up a new chassis that will be going on and will put the stock rims on but with big and little tires and the 390 motor from the 34 p/u kit. I still had the optional Olds motor but it got used last year in a coupe and who knows where the original flathead went too, going to repaint the interior and not touch the body.
-
I started with a junk 2 door sedan body that should have been tossed in the trash and with the rest of the junk 40 parts in my stash,I needed something to work on while paint and glue was drying on other projects.
-
I will have to watch this,I have one I got when they were new and it needs restored and need to find some parts. I am going to see if I can find a working motor since mine has disappeared.
