Dad and I are cutting the bushes out from in front of the house, and the chainsaw he bought yesterday already needs a new chain and we still have the last half of bush #11 (the last one) left.........

Gotta customer who's been looking for anything and everything Leaf Spring Monster Truck he can find to restore and recreate models he built as a child, he would probably be all over that Datsun if he could find one! -
What did you see on the road today?

After all the stupid stuff that I saw, and nearly hit, last winter, I put a Mobius Action Cam (no relation to the model company) on Layaway at work then ordered up a suction cup mount to hang it in the Jeep and 200 and ever since then, I keep seeing stupid People Tricks, Motorist Edition..............Tonight though, takes the cake! It started raining maybe an hour or so before my store closed tonight so I drove home on wet roads. I pulled up to a stop light and saw a Dodge Caliber with the back end severely damaged and a plastic tarp over the hatch glass (or where it's supposed to be). Then when the light turned green, the older Ford Escape behind it kept the same, non existent spacing between the two while accelerating at the same, nearly non-existant, rate, so I looked closer and noticed the lack of front lighting and bumper as well as that the back of the Caliber wasn't lit in any way...................the guys in the wrecked Caliber were FLAT TOWING the Escape with said Caliber -
Challenger Fender Flares ?

This is weird, Chrysler built this for SEMA this year and is exactly what I thought of with that Liberty Walk kit, minus the T/A hood I failed to mention. -

I like the ones on the purple one, another one to look at is the set from Liberty Walk, not a fan of their supercar stuff, but their Challenger ones look fantastic! Here's what the Liberty Walk kit looks like on an airbagged Hellcat Challenger. Were it mine, I'd probably do it to a used R/T or SRT with a little bit smaller diameter rim, a tire with a bit more sidewall, and maybe some sort of mild drop or coilovers. -

What do you drive?

It's like a weird mix of S-Truck, XJ Cherokee, and Ford Explorer Limited! -

Never seen that style Explorer with sealed beam headlights before?! -
Ah, that's right!

Accidentally discovered Speedway is building a station closer to home and work, and since they have been adding E85 to every store they remodel, rebuild, or newly build, it will be even easier to get after work!
-
Nice build, I seem to remember when that other magazine had a build contest and Marvel threatened to sue them for unapproved use of the car's name, so they changed the contest to use the kit's stock number in the name of the contest to get around it.

Do it right, it could make a pretty close representation of the Deltawing!

Nah, I'm single, just have a bunch of other stuff going on and I just haven't drug it in yet. I still have to paint the body for the last R/C truck I built, just been too busy on my days off with decent weather to do it.

I bought one on Saturday, just haven't taken it out of my trunk, let alone opened it yet. Can't wait to see your pics!

Because 4 wheeled race cars never crash like that -
This is sad to hear about, didn't one of them recently lose a parent and had just finished up dealing with that estate too?
-
He had to have been "one of them" or he just got that good at reading people, spend enough time dealing with the public, that later is possible!

I've seen a couple Police Prius sedans, I think they are Campus Cops for Northwestern University, just looks strange to see a Prius with police lights and graphics though. -

Saw one of these in the Chicago Suburb of St. Charles in front of the Arcada Theater on my way home from work tonight, kinda surprised to see it here, normally I would see these running around Branson, MO where George Harrison's sister backs a Beatles tribute show. Oddly, the one I saw had Illinois plates, and at least at one time, Harrison's Sister was living here in Illinois, so I wonder if she was in town and that was her's.
